    Chris- your videos are amazing. I've been lifting way too heavy for a while and am convinced that I have upper cross syndrome. My mid-back is so weak and unstable...even wearing a pony tail can create tension in my neck. Where do you live and work out of? Do you ever do video conferences? Thank you!! Ann
