I figured out the issue I was having with Crystal Quest. Apparently the difficulty switches need to be set as Left Player "A" and Right Player "B" when game was booted up. I was experimenting with the difficulty switches while I was making the video and I apparently never hit that combination, or the game needs to be booted with the switches already in those position. Apparently there are two different manuals for this game. The one I got doesn't mention anything about this while the other version of the manual does.
Caverns of Mars. Fun game. Think of it as a vertical version of something like Scramble or Super Cobra. Shoot all enemies, shoot fuel to keep you in the air...gets crazy hard the deeper you go.
I could be wrong but the frenzy and berzerk were released by atariage as one cart with both games. From the gameplay it looks like they are the same. Space duel and asteroids deluxe are both hacks of 7800 asteroids IIRC
I hope they re-release all the most expensive 7800 titles they have the rights to. Some are ridiculous on the auction sites. Food Fight, Fatal Run, and Ninja Golf were good to start.
I wouldn't expect Commando as they would need to work a deal with Capcom, Midnight Mutants may also be hard due to using Al Lewis's likeness, but others should be no problem. I did hear that they are considering re-releasing Mean 18 golf for the 7800
As a huge fan of SPACE DUEL, I would strongly recommend you play two ships linked. You played the weakest game offered on the cart. It shines on 2 player, but 1 player linked is fun!
The programmer for the original 2600 made one really dumb mistake. The default game mode was down for hyperspace which is just random luck. Shield was in the game but you had to check the game matrix and choose that game which was a much higher number.
Hello Crow! All jewelry? These games are classics and I love playing them! One question: Frenzy and Berserk that you played in this video, can you buy the same version in the ATARI 50 DLC game for XBOX SERIES X??? What are the main differences between the Arcade version and these versions you played?? Hug! 🫵😎

Ok I was guessing you might be using a 2600 single button joystick. 😅 Hopefully out of the box the experience is better for new buyers.

With the Accolade deal last year, Mean 18 belongs to Atari now. I would hope they would rerelease that one.

Great to see Frenzy again.
Great collection! Great games! Now try holding game select on Berzerk or Frenzy during the title for a bit and see what happens 😂

They are hard to find in stores here in The Netherlands. I bought two, but can't find most of the others.
I love these so much

Atari 50 is the arcade versions. These are homebrews made for the 7800. Atari went and made them official releases with these cart releases.
HELLO ATARI WORLD.
