Great video ... Really like your explanation ... I had a doubt that if we are rejecting the portfolio B when comparing with portfolio A based on the level of risk but what if portfolio B has better future cashflows expectations , strategy etc ... Should we still reject B based on current level of variance?
That is a decision that you would have to make as a fund manager yourself
