- Wednesday, I’ll be posting my room makeover going up today actually …
It’s August and already cutting back the garden. Where does the time fly. Cleaning up the garden cooking a great meal, looking for a name for my tree and going for a pedicure.

Well, Brooke, if there is an upside to falling it's that it wasn't down the stairs. Awful feeling when you can't stop the fall. Your chicken dish inspired me to marinade my poultry in a more adventurous mode. You cook like I do. Just toss in what seems right. Thumbs up, Chef!
Well, that would would be true yeah I wouldn’t want to fall down those stairs. That’s for sure. Yeah I just toss whatever I have in the house and usually turns out pretty good if I say so myself have a nice day.

Yes, time does fly really fast. I feel like I never have all my decks in a row because I always have another project. I want to do lol 🤷🏼♀️ I went up north yesterday I was very organized so it went very smooth and I didn’t have to paint the room I’m editing now to put up on Wednesday. See you then.🌸🍃🩵

My word thread is expensive there! I got a bag full of new spools in all colors still wrapped for under $5. Amazing how sometimes bags of thread and embroidery floss are in abundance at thrift stores, then when we look for it theres none to be found. I have to laugh at the number of times I’m at the thrift store and I say “Pretty princess” now. Lol. 😂 Hope your toe heals quick. Until next time be well! 💕

Hello Brooke, hope your toe heals soon. It can be very painful. I’m a bit accident prone and always say I’m so clumsy I could very easily trip over air! Who needs to dine out when your dinner looks so good? I was quite literally salivating as you were plating up all those delicious morsels. Mama Brooke I trimmed my Kimberly Queen Fern back last year and some of the cutting failed on the ground and this year I have new ferns from the cutting. I don’t know if cutting your Kimberly Queen back would work for you but you could give it a try and see what happens

If you’re daughters friend, can’t help you paint the design on the stairs you might want to look into these new type of designer stickers . They’re made, especially for the stair steps and also a lot of them are high-quality and you cannot even tell that they are stickers. . I’m sorry that you fell. I hope you get better soon. I always enjoy your videos. I like to see what other people are doing to their homes. I purchased a four square and I thought I was beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel because things were actually getting done. My father has had a heart attack so now Things are at a stand still And it’s driving me crazy. You really do not know how difficult it is to take care of someone that is not well until they are in your house . Look forward to your next design project !

No, I just kept going. I have a huge bruise the size of my hand on my stomach from the leaf blower big scab on my arm, but I’m fine otherwise lol than falling down.

Sorry you got hurt 😢. I fell in my garden last month, and I'll tell you what, it was jarring! It takes longer to recover from something like that as we age. Soaking in Epsom salt and Motrin helps!

Thread......oh no, I purchased big cones 4of them for the serger. When I threaded it up, thread was rotten must have been left in the sun. They were packaged up in a bag , she wouldn't let me take them out and it was non return. Never again. Needless to say I don't go there anymore. Where I live the uv is worst place on earth, rots everything. 😅

I I do as the paint chips off my toes ! Went to alot of yard sales but nothing for me ! Be careful with the stairs ! I do that alot ! Have a great day everyone!

It wasn’t in the stamp. I was trying to remove. It was the roots but no, I didn’t know but thank you. and I’m sure you need some power behind that. I’m in my 60s and I have a rotator cuff so don’t think that’ll be happening.

TEXAS big state .. anyways didn't realize we were entey our beautiful TEXAS HILL COUNTRY down the Caprock) ..lots cattle AND 🦋 BUTTERFLIES!!!! . gorgeous views ..I got very 🥵 but was fun ..the neat junk shops .u ought 2,c what she had found her last trip was a vintage chaise lounge.i had to remind her what it was .she asked me for sure or fainting " armless couch .we have similar tastes .our white French Country" feminine , ethereal. Vintage GARDEN romantic style w a Southwest terracotta look thrown in I was so enchanted by this she ask me to confirm the FABRIC WAS INDEED damask !,! Guess how much$$$!??? $40😅...oh so cool ..I found some neat big green planters on vintage metal " hairpin" legs 2 matching graduating heights not heavy plus a vintage kitchen small cabinet w built in spice rack $5 that matches the 50's breadbox I have that was my Grandparents & a few small beautiful shells to add to my collection!!...& A gorgeous pin or" brooche full of rhinestones for $8.( Worth about $108 !!!) Then on too our " famous" UNDERWOODS BAR- B- Q restaurant been there since late 40's original neat vintage building w the big Texan" man holding sign way up out front ..best rolls , coleslaw,links bbq chicken and COBBLER CHERRY & PEACH W homemader whipped creme ..they come around w teacarts while ur dining.so u don't have to get up .. all refill s coffees, icetea, cokes , butter rolls napkins,.e t you want...and to go" boxes if u need it was so fun ...you would of loved it I KNOW !!ADDED plus I saw the biggest butterfly I've ever seen!!🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋this part of TEXAS is a migoritory area you see thousands!!!!! Which I'm. Not used too in dry Lubbock 4 hours away up the LLANO ESCARPMENT we r semi- desert 🏜️...blessings
