Or he didn’t recognize Sean for his face but after the officers behavior heard someone say his name in the building and it instantly rung a bell “this is the guy I been watching” “he’s famous”. I think his partner said the name Long Island audit

5:24 I lived in the South and it's funny how people there always seem to have to state someone's race.
Yet he still treats people the way he first did. Very dismissive. Makes a person wonder how much of his walking back his actions is because he is on camera. Still a good thing he made things right. I'm just kind of skeptical in general.

This is an important point. This officer, though he didn't start the encounter professionally, ended it professionally with an apology. I love seeing somebody take responsibility for their own actions and own up to their mistakes. That's how you treat the public.

Anything/anybody that can be seen, while in public, can legally be photographed/recorded.
He didn’t recognize you, but he recognized your voice. As soon as you went off on him trying to restrict publicly accessible areas, he realized he was dealing with a major auditor.

Every public servant seems to just absolutely hate the general public and have this weird mentality like they own the building they work in and when they help you its like some huge personal favor out of their own pocket its so strange..
