@@joebryant8500 Nahh.. John is honestly one of the artists who connects the most with the music community! I don't see any other musician doing Instagram shows weekly.. or have an improv session live with a Q&A for his fans.. and when they met at Namm, he took the time to tell Pete and Lee that he watches them and he knows who they are! John is a fan of music first and foremost.. and so is Andertons! I'm sure it will end up happening! 🤘
@@joebryant8500 why does he have to pause a tour? If he's in the UK doing a tour I'm sure he's got plenty of free time in the day. An hour or two to get from London to Guildford.

Btw, Da-Da-Da Danish Pete looked a bit like one of my favorite TV shows of the 80s. ;-)
I tried cheap pedals first to see what I liked and what I disliked. Then I started looking for more expensive versions of these pedals. But you have to start somehow and starting cheap is not a bad option.

No duties on our end as far as I experienced. That could possibly change if you exceed certain dollar amounts. I don't know for sure. At the time I was more worried about importing Rosewood, but that's been lifted for guitars
I recently purchased an Epi ES-335 Pro from Anderton's. Shipping to WA State was 18.99 pounds (about $25.00). It came straight to my house with no taxes, duties or fees attached. I saved more than $150.00 over any price i could find in the States. Granted, it was during their big January blowout sale, but man what a bargain. All in with shipping paid $326 and change. This guitar wasn't a 2nd. It was flawless. Don't know if it received any massaging before it left the store, but it played very well right out of the box
There is one catch, and the shipping people at Anderton's were prompt to inform me of it. The guitar I bought was intended for the UK market and the warranty would be void in North America. They asked if I wanted to proceed with my order and I said yes. Don't expect 2-day on something from the UK but it was well worth the wait

What about buying a few pedals from the Strymon range e.g. Strymon Mobius ,Strymon Bluesky and Strymon Timeline which will most likely be all you need.
Having made theCaptain"lick" popular in it's birthplace of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania U.S.A. (in the eighties),It is good to see Lee taking my foundational work and doing something positive with it.Including inducing mass hypnosis,which could increase sales,if the right "phrases" are uttered after playing the" lick".

Oh weeks for a Rolex service ist FAST! My dad, my brother and me (our parents gave us Rolex watches as a lifetime gift for finishing school, we are able to think back to that time and bequeath to our kids later), sent our watches to the dealer in Germany and they sent the watches to cologne, where the german office of Rolex is, and it took about a half a year to get the watches back! That’s normal...
SirBender depending on the work you need done it takes 2-3 weeks at the Rolex Service Center in Singapore or Tokyo where I have had many watches serviced

The Gibson robot tuners are not the future, at least not in their current form. One of the guys in my band has a LP with them and if the rest of us are playing through our amps, the robot tuners seem to pick up additional vibrations and won't tune. Secondly, changing a string is a pain.

What's up with all the hate on Chappers lately? I have seen the videos where they're complaining about him, but I mean come on, nobody's perfect and I'm sure most of us have done some shit in our time we're not super proud of, right? I saw the video he did where he apologised for his somewhat douchy rebuttal video. Isn't that enough? It isn't like he's killed somebody or anything, he just got called out for doing some bullshit videos some time ago.
F*ckin' internet hate sucks big time. He's done so much for the "guitar community" I think, with all the lessons, cool reviews and the all around funny stuff on Andertons. Don't bust his balls too much for this shit.
I myself find his vegan lifestyle a bit cringy and lame, but I still think he's a cool dude who's dedicated his whole life to guitars and music and to reach out via youtube. That is something, I think!
