4 Large Egg Whites (120 grams)
1 teaspoon Vinegar
115 grams powder Sugar
4 Large Egg Yolks (72 grams)
120 grams cake Flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar
30 grams Oil (30 ml.)
40 grams Milk (40 ml.)
1Teaspoon baking powder
Pan Size: 15 cm
Oven Temperature: 170_180 for 35 minutes
