Fun battle report! I love the focus on narrative, and I love the units taking their moves 'early' to simulate simultaneous fire and movement etc. Maybe next time the sisters can bring some fusion guns that work properly!
Thanks! I'm glad you like the format. I didn't change the outcome of the events but rearranging them allows for a more coherent story. It's always going to be swingy in skirmish when you're relying on one dice roll a turn on 4+ or even 3+ as was the case for the battle brothers.
To be fair to the Battle Brothers regarding their white "camo", once the dust kicks up and stains their armor they'll probably start blending in a lot better
I gotta say, playing the turns out of order does seem strange, but the battle report was enjoyable to watch nonetheless. I liked that the units now have images in their icons, making them more recognizable. Additionally, having some of the units move after an enemy's shot misses to simulate dodging makes things interesting.
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it. Indeed, I tried to group the activations such that it illustrates the interactions between multiple units, eg. a unit moving out of the way of enemy fire, units teaming up to take out an enemy etc, rather than just a sequence of ping pong. Plus, editing the video became a bit easier!

I enjoyed the report, and your analysis of the battle

@@workingscribe7929 You may be right. Besides it could be some active refractive technology used in the suit than just the colour scheme.
