How do you sign "phlebotomist"?

Your dominant hand signs "to draw blood" from the inside elbow of your other arm. Then you sign "agent" as in a person...similar to "teach" and then two flat hands down either side of the body. Make any sense?

Recently signing that my grandkids were learning about colors, numbers, and letters. But I'd forgotten how to sign the word "letters". Tried a Google/RUclips search, but only found the entire alphabet.
