    The NYC High Line is one of my favorite walks for photography. The reflections in the windows are always changing and make for interesting abstracts. The time-lapse of the window reflection and cloud movement was quite novel and one I will be experimenting with. Enjoyed the video.

    The v-shape/triangle shot is spectacular. I'm fascinated by how unique each of these reflections stand out when zoomed in. Really enjoyed watching!

    You might enjoy photographing The Vessel next time-the reflections off it are fantastic especially when people are in them-it can look surreal. I liked all the photos, I’m here from Fototrippers channel. Subscribing.

    My favorites were #8, followed by 18, then 4. So a great perspective to "see" the artwork that most likely is unseen by people everyday.

    So thought "Ah why not have a look".
    Worst thing that can happen is I waste a few seconds of my life & move on".
    With that calming voice - I was hooked, stayed to the end, liked & subscribed.

    The vertical image with the clouds swirling above is incredible, but I’ll be honest, the timelapses are my favorite… those really took my breath away. All of them - Amazing! 🤩

    My favourite photo is the inversion that has the Triangle at the bottom. I like it because the Triangle appears encapsulated within the frame of the building. I've a street photography trip into London planned in the next few days. I will be looking for opportunities to use the Tele Lens instead of the 50mm. Thank you for posting.

    Your older Flatiron shots as well as the shot at 8:29 are my personal favorites, though there are some other really great ones also. Almost makes me wish I lived closer to a big city to try some of these ideas out for myself!

    I’ve been several times in NYC but I’ve never thought about this “kind” of photography, I was always focused on sunsets , night cityscapes or light trails.

    Your images are great, they remind me of my many walks in San Francisco shooting reflections of buildings like the Bank of America building. I was a student in the early 1970,s and could only afford B&W film, but my images are similar to what you created in NY. Great memories. Mike

    Absolutely wonderful video. New York City is a photography wonderland and you have captured it so beautifully!

    I am torn between the building and clouds image, and that last reflection as my favorite. I do like reflections in my own work, but this is next level in terms of reflection creativity

    I like the second photograph from the right at the bottom on the overview. The form, shape and colours of the reflected sand coloured building reminds me of the organic architecture of the famous Spanish architect Antoni Gaudi.

    Really enjoyed seeing you in a different environment. And how your process is still very similar.
    Also, telephoto for the win! Absolutely love my 100-400. And just recently upgraded to the RF100-500. You're videos are the reason I got more and more into telephoto! Picking out far away details, abstract images and even close up macro type shots. Opened up a whole new world for me.

    Frankly, it's very beautiful and the good control of your camera makes you take good pictures. A question: are the 200mm photos of close-ups of the facade cropped in post-processing? Thank you and good luck.

    What's your recording and post processing setup for audio? Your videos sound so much better than anything else in this genre on RUclips, and this is true both for narration and on location

      Hey, thanks! I was using a Tascam Lav mic for the in-field stuff, and then I do voiceovers with the Audio Technica At2020 back in my office with decent acoustics.

    I love the two looking up at the the buildings against the sky
    I did a book on such shoots but I find the reflections interesting

    Nerd question though. How was the Sirui tripod vs your usual induro? I need to replace my ST124 and I’m curious which one you’re liking more.

      Thanks so much, Louis; honestly, I was not impressed with the mini Sirui Tripod. It broke within a few months of purchase, and my A1 Fell and cracked the screen. Maybe I got a flawed model. I bought a Leofoto afterward and have had much better luck with it so far.

      @@MichaelShainblum I’m also not impressed with my Sirui ST124. It’s had issues since the beginning and I’m ready to replace it.
      I’ll look into the leofoto! Sorry your A1 got a cracked screen. That would make me sob uncontrollably if my A7IV got hurt.

      Yeah it's been cracked for like 7-8 months now haha, I got the leofoto
      LS-324C for stills and then the

    I was wondering if you have any further thoughts on the Flat Iron building, perhaps being photographed with the scaffolding etc not only for the added geometry but as documentation of the architecture building process as it's not likely to be seen again for a number of years if ever. Thoughts?
