- This weekend I got the chance to surprise my family by visiting them in Canada for thanksgiving !!
I had a wonderful time, and I needed a mental health break. Part of helping your mental health is having good relationships!

Your family seem very nice, glad you were able to go and spend some time with them. I think you are right that improving our relationships has a positive impact on our mental health, so as long as the person isn't toxic, it's worth nurturing the relationship as best you can.

idk what to say when time is the most vital human resourse, i had a red guitar that was similiar to her purples,i have family that wishes they were rich, yet i glitch into the internet finding channels of peices of parts of my broken past and future, or perhaps they were never mine.. i feel like emotions are bought sometimes and its sad because the people on both sides want better im sure.. i would hope , the inspiration sparked from this channel of pillars that slipped through my timeline, still not sure if your your mind or your body

Because you already had me thinking about Canada (which in turn makes me think of Canadian power-trio, Rush), the footage around the 2.45 mark then made me think of ‘Lakeside Park’, by Rush. I had no idea where Barrie was, and I was tickled to find (as per the video), that it’s close to Toronto - which (from the north shore of Lake Ontario) faces Port Dalhousie over on the south shore - which is the very location of the Lakeside Park of Rush fame. My guess is that - being Canadian - my asking whether you are familiar with that track is like asking you if you are familiar with breathing. But should you not be: I’d encourage you to give it a listen. The song is the distillation of (late and much lamented) Rush drummer Neil Peart’s memories of his teenage years growing up in Port Dalhousie and working on the carnival attractions at Lakeside Park.
