I don't know why must the useless ANC act this childish. The MKMVA will not be on the ballot paper hence it won't clash with the MK party logo and no confusion will occur
I must be really blind, but to me the two logos are totally different. The ANC must really think that South African voters must be really stupid to get the two mixed up. Maybe it is because of their education policy...
Logos are not exactly the same, but they have a potential to confuse some voters as if they all associated with the ANC. It is not because people who make those kind of mistakes are stupids.
I agree that there might be case for intellectual property but seriously, the MK logo is an extremely amateurish effort and looks as though it was cobbled together after a night of heavy drinking and the position of the spear is disturbingly phallic. But then again what more would one expect from a political party with Zuma as the face.

Anc has mo case mkmva and mkp is very different moreover the mkmva is disbanded
The ANC is not sober minded.
Only on the 15th January 2024, they tried to buy MK trademark from Legacy Project (the proprietary of MK) a week after lodging court paper on urgent basis to fight MKP for the trademarks 😂.
Intellectual Property ? That’s a very scarce resource in these parties ...
