I’ve been watching ur vids for a year now and you have definitely grown as your over 2 years into it now. You had no clue in this video what ur doing. U past up some decent scrap. Even had it in ur hands and threw it back. I’m so glad u got better at this.
I live in France I watched all your videos I find the concept very good I can not wait to see the next video go thank you for again for this very good video quality...
Mike is a dumpster dive master , and a dam good one !!! Hey mike, keep a 2x8 with a 2x4 nailed to it to go up against your tail gate for sliding heavy stuff up it !
i would like to see you team up with some merchandise divers, food divers and all go together! y'all would empty all the bins in the world! rofl love your videos.
I used to always check the publication dates in textbooks, newer ones are more likely to still be in use. If there is a local university there will likely be a bookstore that purchases textbooks back from students. I made several hundred dollars one time on textbooks. They are always worth checking out.
Hey Mike, just a little pointer if you have not already done so.. Try and either weld or glue, a very very strong magnet or two like those neodymium magnets to your pic stick, maybe on the back of it, it should make picking up some hard to reach metals alot easier.. what do you think?
One time I was scrounging in a dumpster (got inside actually) when my sister called my cell phone. Answered and told her where I was (in dumpster) and she said "Are you alright, Do you need some food?" Hilarious, you know people just don't get it!
On your next video, I want to see "Mike The Scavenger teacher US about Mechanical engineering" I still, enjoy the mumbling. Keep the diving the educational dive, mike!
those polycom systems are for video telecomferencing and companies pay $5k-$20k for the complete system. just the codec(reciever) is about $1.5k + used
There are all kinds of stainless steel and it will all rust over time depending on exposure to moisture. Your stainless steel sink won't rust nearly as fast as a stainless steel knife, but the sink steel wouldn't make a good knife. The calipers are a tool steel and it will rust. But it is also a lot harder than the sink. It's all about carbon content.
Those steel cables you found are some high end shelf display supports. I used to use them when I worked in retail store design...if it is the right manufacturer, VERY expensive stuff...please don't scrap it.
I definitely think there was more parts to those faucets I used to be a plumber and install them next time give it a more thorough look the heavier part should have been in there that are all brass cool video I enjoy it I do the same thing my brother you know scrap Junkies
10:30 I've had calipers looking like these, supermarket China special, cheap. I betcha whoever tossed them had the same problem mine did, high battery drain even when off. Absolutely maddening, each time you pulled them out you'd be greeted by either a low battery indication or nothing. Too bad, build and accuracy were OK otherwise. Rust, too? Why am I not surprised... Ultimately I said screw digital and got some old-fashioned analog ones. A bit harder to read off but no batteries to worry about for sure! Good catch on the engineering textbooks. Even if they're not exactly new, you have to wonder who'd toss them given the prices of things like that. It's not like mechanical engineering gets reinvented every ten years.
I know these are old videos but I love them all.

Sos un capo
Picked from a dumpster for the first time today, scored a good piece of 7 foot long 1/4in chain, not bad lol
LOL. If you had read all those engineering books you would have known that box was too small for all those books.
привет из Тюмени... ты красавчик...

That blue bag was from a murder scene!
All you gotta do is "find" an iPhone, murder weapon, a go pro, Ray ban shades, and someone's ashes 😂
Then you will be set. Like D ALL MY D
Sounds like a Scavenger Hunt. Is there a cash reward for the first one to find them all?
lov that predator spire of yours :D
With all the enginering books you can get an engineer

The small shower heads snap into the large shower heads and the hose connects at the back of the large head.
First 20 views NEVER BEEN THIS EARLY
The problem with college books is they don't keep the same books for long the professors get paid to use certain authors books
You left the minion behind you rotter.
It was bad enough when you left sponge bob behind in the other film.
You struck it rich! Sell them on amazon!

Don't try to weld with that 'welding cable', it's just a piece of power cord.
Excellent brother 👍
