Loved this! I fractured my foot and dislocated my toe, but don't want to stop working out. Your chair workouts are perfect. I just make a playlist and shuffle.

HI GIRL!! I'm a plus size and i really like this work outs i tried it while watching can you make it like 5 mins longer just to make it a bit challenging i love it unfortunately i can't really carry my torso that much and this work out really helps thank you
