Your video makes me really want to try oil pastels!! I've been trying out acrylics recently as well and trying to see if I like them, but I like doing mixed media pieces a lot! I love how you use them in your paintings!! Thank you for the video
Thank you so much, I really appreciate it 🥰🥰 oil pastels are definitely worth trying! I waited a long time, cause they reminded me of some old art supplies I used at school and I felt like they are for kids mostly 😹 but once I tried them they totally bought me. They go well with acrylics! 🥰

I began with oils when I was about your age. I think is the easyist technique, is very forgiven. Now Im learning watercolor, soooo difficult. Acrylics are in between
I already tried them on a small still life and love them, you are right it feels quite easy 😸 but does require a lot of patience haha 😂 have fun with watercolors!

@@SprightlyStudios you can always just buy a couple of different colours just to try them out. :) no point going for a whole set.
