You should write down lessons learned document every quarter or two. Generate an extraction from detailed notes and call your team to bring theirs as well. The concise ones from them will help you see overall bigger picture of how your business decisions are creating impact down on your team and over all KPI metrics will begin to evolve. Eventually, this will develop synergy in your decisions and among your team to how to react and adapt the change. Later on, much of this knowledge base will help you transform solid processes of governance policies and mitigation plans. The entire organization culture will evolve after 6-8 months that will alleviate over all quality and productivity of your organization. People come and go, organizations with democratic culture of equality, responsibility, and mutual delivery mindset create winning culture.
