Thanks for the video but I don't know why any podcaster doesn't ask few questions to CEO/Founders: 1- How a software engineer can make their own company? 2- How you started hunting clients? 3- Whether meeting with direct clients is better or getting through freelancing? etc... In short, the podcaster should ask how any individual can make a business, what path should he/she follow & at the end can make a big tech company.
I quit my job and now earning triple of my salary through freelancing. He hesitate while talked about freelancing. What a pathetic conversation. They make sure their employees don't do freelancing by getting sign on some contract papers. 1. Host didn't ask proper and relevant questions. 2. They lure employees by organizing seminars and parties in the name of "activities" and "learning". 3. They giving employee of the month award to anyone who they think is going to leave. 😂 2. very generic response from guest bcuz questions was too generic and indolent.
Hesitated cause He is losing business and employees to them, we treat them someone special and talking about innovation what they invent other than pathetic yes sir no sir company culture in Pakistan
