    Mike, I want you to know how invaluable your teaching methods are - you are helping me through Nursing school, (areas which the teachers are vague) You care for your audience and it shows in the manner (via rhetorical questions) and the thoroughness of your methods. Keep it up, You are really a fantastic teacher. Thank you for your videos!

    Thank you so much for helping me to get this into my brain! Might be old fashioned but the white board and pen really works for me. I think it would be really beneficial for you guys to have additional resources like notes that are accessible to summarise your video content!

    Hi Dr. Mike, I thought the ecg is detecting electrical activity outside the cell? If so, would that mean that it detects a relative decrease in charge as opposed to positive.

    Excellent explanation! During the septum depolarization, the local front is moving downwards, but the small associated arrows point upwards? Maybe because the conducting fibers in the septum are rather on the surface of that tissue? Of course it explains the negative Q. Please can I mail you?

    Brilliant videos thanks but please can you confirm at min 14.10 you start to say sodium leaves the cell for repolarisation then swop to say potassium ... I think you do mean sodium as the sodium/potassium atp ase pump is then working to get rid of the sodium? Sorry I really have struggled but I think your videos are great but I got confused by this Thanks so much

    • @akhilraaj
      @akhilraaj 6 лет назад

      ktm kellys no repolarisation doesn’t involve the atpase pump,the membrane becomes more permeable to potassium and it leaves the cell to repolarize
