Despite of the fact iam meena . I agree most of your opinion in this video . They mostly take all reservation benefits are taken by meena and the other st caste of Rajasthan like bhil or bhil meena. They get nothing. At state level meena's take all the st seats and national level they take very large chunk of st seats. Total st population is around 10.08 cr in India and meenas of even not 0.9 of st population. Till they are the only caste who takes benefits out of it both at national and state level.

Very true fact. No big engineering is done by Indian PSUs even if they hire GATE toppers. AT the end it's mostly maintenance and Ops there. All the big project design and implementation is usually done by LnT or some similar specialist like Chinese agencies

Guru ji do you think discrimination and harassment in college and jobs of reserved people can be stopped. They can be treated equally if they were not availed reservation benefits. My answer is NO. there is also a hidden system of discrimination and harassment which cannot be finished with reservation.

People still in the 21st century judge people by their Surnames and not by their qualities. Suggestion:- if people actually want to establish equality in the society, then first they have to leave or sacrifice their surnames and the privilege comes with their surnames. Start top down approach. Reservations to all officials occupying group A to C service, People who are paying direct taxes, travelling out of India, travelling in 2nd AC or 3rd AC in trains, should be removed from the list of reservation and no provision of reservation for their next generations in govt jobs and education. Huge human resources are wasted in preparation of roaster in govt system becoz of reservation in promotion. Reservations in promotions in govt service is the most stupid thing. Even in departmental exam passing marks for reserved category is less than that of unreserved category.

He has a working brain, well educated and smart enough. That's what matters. Benefits need to be well targeted to the actual deserving. We can compromise happily if a poor SC ST gets a govt job, but not if someone already from a well off family still needs these added benefits. If you're really well off you should be responsible for your own growth, work hard, study and get a job. Let the benefit pass on to the truly backward who dont even have access to nutritious meal and generation after generation does the job of maid, labourer etc. You should be happy for them.

You don't like it because now you have to sacrifice your benefit marginally for the larger benefit of the real backward who faces a lot of hardships. It's sad that you can't sacrifice for the benefit of your own community's extreme backward folks. There are so many SCs generation after generation being laborers, maid etc and it's important to give them the benefit and break the generational chain instead of letting only elite group of SCs enjoy or corner all the benefits while having all the resources and not putting efforts yet expecting to be rewarded with everything. Sorry, we can compromise for the benefit of real backward but not whom who just want to enjoy the benefits in name of historical injustice. And this will also make all general category people really appreciate elite SC STs if they marginally compromise for the sake of actual backward. If you have all the facilities and resources and live in a fair society to compete in open market, then you should be responsible for your own growth in life and not expect others to compromise for you. I see a lot of SC STs, generation after generation working as laborers, maids, sweepers etc so as to break this generational chain it makes sense to make compromises so that they're able to get some form of level playing feild and uplift themselves. They don't even have access to basic nutritional meals, duh so isn't it unfair for them to compete with you getting good 4 meals a day? Why do you want the same benefits as them if you're facing none of those problems, have good meals, good house, good bank balance, equality of opportunity to compete in open market? SCs have common argument that upper castes cornered most benefits previously, now when the same is being done by elite SC groups, why silent on that? I work in PSU bank, come here and do your caste survey and I bet you you'll see mostly upper caste folks working the hardest and putting the most efforts and taking additional responsibility. While already privileged SCs barely doing so, so why do these people want maximum reward with minimum effort? That kind of benefit should be for folks facing genuine hardships. Happy if taxes paid on my income help them, NOT YOU. Please be responsible for your own growth, and don't expect us to compromise for you. Period.

Caste census is actually the need of hour only then we'll come to know the actual status of each caste. Besides this, I heard that backward class aspirants got denied creamy jobs at the time of interview whereas, in written they score well but interview marks turns the table for them.

Despite of the fact iam meena . I agree most of your opinion in this video . They mostly take all reservation benefits are taken by meena and the other st caste of Rajasthan like bhil or bhil meena. They get nothing. At state level meena's take all the st seats and national level they take very large chunk of st seats. Total st population is around 10.08 cr in India and meenas of even not 0.9 of st population. Till they are the only caste who takes benefits out of it both at national and state level.

Sir. Most of the Government jobs are outsourced. PSUs are closing shutters. I know many SC families whose children have migrated to US, Aus , UK etc. It is now like feasting on leftover meals.
Very true fact. No big engineering is done by Indian PSUs even if they hire GATE toppers. AT the end it's mostly maintenance and Ops there. All the big project design and implementation is usually done by LnT or some similar specialist like Chinese agencies

Start top down approach. Reservations to all officials occupying group A to C service, People who are paying direct taxes, travelling out of India, travelling in 2nd AC or 3rd AC in trains, should be removed from the list of reservation and no provision of reservation for their next generations in govt jobs and education. Huge human resources are wasted in preparation of roaster in govt system becoz of reservation in promotion. Reservations in promotions in govt service is the most stupid thing. Even in departmental exam passing marks for reserved category is less than that of unreserved category.

It's not hypocritical at all. You don't like it because now you have to sacrifice your benefit marginally for the larger benefit of the real backward who faces a lot of hardships. It's sad that you can't sacrifice for the benefit of your own community's extreme backward folks.
There are so many SCs generation after generation being laborers, maid etc and it's important to give them the benefit and break the generational chain instead of letting only elite group of SCs enjoy or corner all the benefits while having all the resources and not putting efforts yet expecting to be rewarded with everything.
Sorry, we can compromise for the benefit of real backward but not whom who just want to enjoy the benefits in name of historical injustice.
And this will also make all general category people really appreciate elite SC STs if they marginally compromise for the sake of actual backward.

I see a lot of SC STs, generation after generation working as laborers, maids, sweepers etc so as to break this generational chain it makes sense to make compromises so that they're able to get some form of level playing feild and uplift themselves. They don't even have access to basic nutritional meals, duh so isn't it unfair for them to compete with you getting good 4 meals a day?
Why do you want the same benefits as them if you're facing none of those problems, have good meals, good house, good bank balance, equality of opportunity to compete in open market?
SCs have common argument that upper castes cornered most benefits previously, now when the same is being done by elite SC groups, why silent on that?
I work in PSU bank, come here and do your caste survey and I bet you you'll see mostly upper caste folks working the hardest and putting the most efforts and taking additional responsibility. While already privileged SCs barely doing so, so why do these people want maximum reward with minimum effort?
That kind of benefit should be for folks facing genuine hardships. Happy if taxes paid on my income help them, NOT YOU. Please be responsible for your own growth, and don't expect us to compromise for you. Period.

A caste based census is a necessity in India.
Caste census is actually the need of hour only then we'll come to know the actual status of each caste. Besides this, I heard that backward class aspirants got denied creamy jobs at the time of interview whereas, in written they score well but interview marks turns the table for them.

आपका विश्लेषण अच्छा है लेकिन SC-ST वर्ग में Sub Classification के लिये देश में जातिगत ज़न गणना तो करनी ही पड़ेगी..... तब ही पता चलेगा कि किस जाति की संख्या कितनी है और उस जाति से कितने Class A, B, C, D मे नौकरियों में हैं......
एक बार पूरे देश में जातिगत गणना होनी ही चाहिए.....

Sir mutual funds par kya view h aapka
- Retailers do 16000 cr sip monthly.
But funds don't reveals what n where they invest retailers money.
- Even if any mutual funds caught doing something wrong whole industry will gonna face problem i.e In Yes bank case.
- Once the retailers lost trust all sip will gonna stop.
- My concern is how Can we relay on mutual funds that it will give 12-15% return one can become crorepati by 10k sip in next 15-20 years , specially in this dramatically changing world.
