What a great interview, thanks so much as it takes me back. I was a young British Royal Marines Commando at that time. My company landed by CH47 onto the Manifold Metering Station the morning after the SEALS captured it. I will never forget it. The first thing I saw was a smouldering DPV, and the second thing was an Iraqis severed foot in a boot lying on the ground. What a way to start a war

The description of public schools as a prison and certain groups who are basically untouchable by school administrators is both damning and true. I just watched a speech by Ed Monk that the Parkland shooter was an untouchable individual and that school administrators told teachers if they sent him to the principals office one more time the *teachers* would be punished for "not controlling their classroom." Absolutely sad.

Thank you so much for having great speaker ( Mike) 😊 and talking about the ( DOGS) ability. Me with my mini Australian Shepherd 😊 its amazing watching him. Even giving him ❤ he still going on ALERT for surrounding. He is the best security in home when there his BARK alerts us to anyone ( vehicle) in cul-de-sac 😊 my wife has him in advanced ( Agility training) the dog is amazing at Learning a command. He will stay still and I can walk over gim many times. There is a Airport in a Eastern Country that uses Australia Shepherd to move birds out of Runway. The Australian Shepherd will chase the Birds away, as where a Bird dog will pount or return the dead bird. Like ( Mike) says my shepherd will use his NOSE constantly on walks.😊

Not gonna lie, I am envious of Navy SEALS in the fact that, almost all of them upon exiting the Navy are Successful business owners, and make a killer living doing what they want. Investors dont hesitate to hand over large sums of $ to guys that once wore the Trident. Also, all the V.A. loans & benefits...they are all amost guaranteed to succeed. I couldnt join because of Asthma, but I have multiple business endeavors id like to get off the Ground, just no resources/ investors lining up to help me. Being sunk in student loans, i cant get out...and im sick of working for THE MAN. Ive got skills not many people have, but i can not capitalize off if it because you have to have/spend money to make money. Its hard, and a total let down. Anyways. Great podcast, love youre work, Mike and Ryan... 🤘♥️🇺🇸

I've always been a problem solver, but since I got them I found my mind on a new level of breaking things down in my mind. Being dedicated to them and trying to understand minute things seems to have affected me greatly in a good way. You need to be focused if you want to be a good owner. I think things through now with much greater attention to detail. Maybe I'm just an old dude just figuring shit out too. Would you say Dogs have done a similar thing for you?

Totally disagree with the biology ''does not lend itself to survival" bit. Competiveness ALWAYS lends itself well to survival, particularly in tribal environments which is what this is, basically. If we had like let's say 80% more people like that all the bad guys would be gone. POOF! We don't have enough, that's the real problem imo. This standard should not the be exception, it should be the norm. (there might have been a time when I thought it was...still super annoyed I was wrong about that one). But logistically and biologically it makes PERFECT sense. Total misconception to say otherwise.
The rest of the talk up to this point as been ok, but this part is 100% wrong, and I will happily debate anyone on the biological aspect. Victory will be sweet! I hate this random negativity. It's like watching 300 all over again. It started out strong but totally fizzled out about half way through. Disappointing. To this day, I still think their imagination just failed and short circuited... Anyway, point is, you're wrong about that part :). If you worry too much about dying, you'll end up dead for sure. Anyway, I never got why ppl worry about dying...it's not like you'll be around to see it :P. LOL!
Worry more about living right, and then you'll have no last minute regrets! 😁 Also, be happy while doing it. Even if life sucks, you should still be happy. Just to spite it. 😉

Why do you always wait so long to post part 2 to any interview? You did it again with the sniper interview, it was a full week (in internet time that’s 2 months) before the 2nd part came out…a week is entirely too long…you lose views like that, by that time people have forget all about the 2nd part…part uploads should be spaced a day apart max…even upload part 1 and 2 at the same time so the views carry right over immediately…

  • @andrabook8758

It is a GREAT species formula. And that's where you can start with how to get more people. Stop saying nonsense like that and being super depressive. Life is great. Let people enjoy their lives and their jobs. Jeez.
See, if I could just Frankenstein you guys a wee bit... I would just need you to have all the skills, with none of the BS pessimism and self-defeatism, and then multiply that by like the majority of people and BAM! everything just gets better. Do you never sit around and notice how often you and the rest of your podcast bros are randomly self-defeating and moaning about stuff which is not actually true? Who told you it's a bad species formula? Why didn't you just automatically say: fk that, that dude is wrong.
Bc i do notice the random mental BS and it's very annoying. Imagine how much more you could accomplish if you just minimized that crap...hmmm.....
