- You know that feeling on a steep ascent where your quads are burning, your calves are fried, and it is hard to take another step? This 15 minute workout puts your legs to the test and works on fatiguing your legs so in the mountains you are ready to go!
This workout has 6 rounds with 5 exercises each. I demonstrate the exercises before we begin so you can do it on your own, or you can follow along with me.
