My theory about the Dr. Strange portal is that Cassandra Nova uses it to teleport her whole Antman base from one place to another, to avoid Alioth.
And we know that Dr's ring only works in the same universe and cannot be used to do interdimensional traveling, that was the whole plot of Multiverse of Madness as America Chavez only holds that power.

Dr strange wala portal, jo Wong or Ned bhi khol sakte hain voh portal sirf Teleport krwata hai but voh portal time me aage piche nhi jata.
Or agar deadpool x wolverine me portal khul rha hai, voh bhi void me toh portal kholne wala bhi void me hi ho sakta hai or portal ko cross krke deadpool or wolverine kisi or jagah par honge void me hi but kafi possibilities chal rhi hain ki voh dono kisi battle me pohoch jayege.
