They have the same restaurants at the one in puerto vallarta. I wonder what makes this hard rock hotel five instead of 4 stars
Hi Tommy Chen, Not sure what rating system you are viewing, but I just checked apple vacations.com and they show the Hard Rock in Puerto Vallarta a six Golden Apple rating and the one in Cancun shows a 5 Red Apple Plus rating. I also checked Travel Impressions.com and they show the Cancun location a 4 1/2 Star and the Puerto Vallarta property a 5 star. The ratings for resorts are usually done as a poll of past guest experiences.
I'm using google to find that. Google says csncun is 5 star and vallarta is 4.5 star
The hotel is awesome you don't need to pay for the food its all exclusive and I been to this hotel before if you go here I recommend you to go to coco bongo check out the video and you need to try the resturaunt zen there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?!?!!!!!!!!!!$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Hard Rock P Cana and los Cabos are waaaaaaaay better than this one in Cancun, for me this is a lame Hard Rock cafe hotel, nothing to do with what they are used to
