Maybe his power isn't limited to just glowing. Maybe that's just the early stages of his power, and it coincidentally just happened to manifest that way. Perhaps he himself still doesn't grasp the true nature of his abilities, so he thinks that his power is just limited to making his body glow, when in fact, it could be much more than that. It could possibly be that his power is the power to control light in general. With enough practice and training, he could awaken his true abilities and prove himself to be extremely useful.
Zach really does have potential, like so he can glow but like only in one sense of light ? One of my favorite (though really sad) fanfics starts a year later at Power Placement. 4 sisters come to school and all but the youngest who has earth-shaking powers seem really weak. However Zack (he and Magenta didn't work out) falls in love with the youngest Terra and discovers that the 4 each hold control over one of the elements and they are bound together so that if one of them loses control so do all the others and if one is stopped so are all of them. Things come to a head when the girls visit their father in prison and learn that he accidentally killed their mother. Terra loses control and they demolish the prison. At Zack's insistence the gang goes to check on them and finds them battling their father who is killed. Warren, Will and Freeze Girl fight the other 3 girls to no avail as they are just too powerful while Zack tries to break Terra out of the trance. She is unable to regain control over herself and tells Zack to kill her as its the only way to stop the destruction. Zack ultimately has no choice in the end and sadly kills Terra who manages to hold her powers back from harming him as he does so. Terra's death kills the other 3 and brings and end to the madness but leaves Zack who will be seen as a hero broken-hearted for what he had to do to end the insanity.
Has six arms 'Hero' Me: What is he suppose to do with them? Make all out you can eat breakfast in under ten minuets? Or is he good at sex? Seriously, these power placements make no sense.
6 arms: 1)In Hand to hand combat he has no opening because of his 6 arms 2)More Lifting and Pushing power 3)Climbing 4)Can hold many items such as sword shield or random objects from the environment What about that?
I've been reading this fic which crosses the movie over with the Fosters 10 years later. After Jude Adams-Foster shows powers Will and Layla come to bring him to Sky High and during that time they explain Power Placement has changed to sort people by their power levels so they can be trained to use their powers to the fullest at their own level. There's Levels 1 through 5. Level 1 is Zack, the weakest abilities while Level 3 is most Supers. Level 4 is the Commander and Jetstream, rare but pretty powerful while Level 5 is extremely rare and is Will himself. Its a good story so far and when he gets sorted Jude (who in a moment of panic punched Will so hard he flew across the house and out a window) is sorted as a Level 5 as is his boyfriend from the show Connor with neither knowing they were going to the same school until Power Placement.
One of my favorite fanfic series before it got deleted ends up having the sidekicks in the gang gain the chance to become hero class after gaining powers they inadvertently took from some villain kids during a battle that they couldn't reverse and give back. By that point Will and Warren had become official heroes due to them saving the day from Royal Pain and Baron Battle during a desperate situation that threatened thousands of lives when even the Commander and Jetstream couldn't. In the end they decided they liked being sidekicks, more specifically Will and Warren's sidekicks (secretly) too much to become heroes. In the final story the gang ended up facing a powerful supervillain and his sidekick who had never been beaten. When their parents learned of the sidekicks moonlighting as Will and Warren's sidekicks they were banned from seeing each other and it caused them problems when they ended up in situations where the other members of the group would've been useful to those in the situations they ended up in. The gang proved their worth though when a friend of theirs was kidnapped by the villains: Will and Warren were able to get Baron Battle help them find the villain lair but even with his help they couldn't defeat them so they brought in the rest of the gang. The 6 of them and Baron Battle fought side by side against these guys and it ended up being Ethan who defeated the main villain who had been unstoppable before. The sidekick nearly killed Warren (due to his new powers Zack was able to turn everyone invisible which was a major help in the fight) but Baron Battle sacrificed himself to save Warren before Will took the guy down. Afterwards the gang was credited with the capture and the others were made Will and Warren's official sidekicks as they had wanted.
Man is a glorified flashlight and walked up there with audacity, I would’ve just gone to a regular schools, his parents fed his ego way too much, the puddle power is useful in the right situation, but u not finna tell me glow in the dark is a superpower
The glowing is pretty stupid, so is the hamster and melting. If you could shapeshift like the t-1000 in terminator or alex mercer from prototype that would be a kickass power.
Layla is an idiot and a coward. she is also soft, fat even! She couldn't beat up anyone in a straight up fight, The cheerleader would have kicked Layla's ass if Layla hadn't gotten the trees to help her. Layla would have been face-down in a trashcan, or strapped to the top of the flag pole.
Another good fanfic ended up having a good use for Zack's glowing trick: while upset at her little brother Cyan Magenta ended up getting on the wrong bus and going to a school for monsters. They were actually not bad most of them but a few of them were evil and working for a being made of pure darkness known as Lord Darkness who was the monsters first evil ruler before he was overthrown and believed destroyed. When Will, Layla, Zack, the 6 armed guy and the carbon copy kid arrived with Boomer Lord Darkness and his monsters attacked. When they were defeated he used a mind-controlled and giant Magenta against them. Cyan was able to break his control over Magenta and Zack destroyed Lord Darkness in the end: Zack's glow was deadly to a being made of pure darkness and it obliterated him in the end.

+Film - freak She has plant powers but doesn't use them unless she has to. Which is ironic as she's seen in other scenes of the film using them casually like growing a tree to get on a roof and making an apple though it was supposed to be a lemon to highlight a figure of speech she was making. She DOES reveal them though in a big way in the end!!!
Yeah ok I was joking because she the actress plays Caitlin snow in the flash and I think she's going to get ice Powers soon
Never seen that show. Supernatural fan.
Fair Enough
Let's be honest here if this was modern-day someone would say, "Ok bommer".
Okay boomer
you cant make a tomelette without breaking some greggs
No one expected Larry to have those abilities.
Everyone thinks he’s a nerd when he’s actually the most powerful one there
"you may know me as sonic boom. you may not"
Boomer: what’s your power?
Saitama: oh, uh, I’m pretty strong
Boomer: show me
Saitama: ...
Boomer: ...
Saitama: ... *proceeds to break entire gym with a sneeze*
Boomer: HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
..,..
@@znspyder
Boomer: Sidekick!
"Are we CLEAR?"
"Ok Boomer"
Coach: What's your power?
Bruce Wayne: I'm rich.
You don't need powers to be a superhero, look at Batman, Iron Man, Moon Knight, the entire Bat Family, Green Arrow, Hawkeye, Black Widow and Captain America. Need I go on.
you do understand that cap was a weapon
Matt A and most of them are billionaires.
Half of them have money.
I love that we just knew that “Little Larry” was going to do something hardcore😁
Larry is like kirishima
@Karen Smith good comparison there but except Larry can transform into a giant rock monster while kirishima just hardens any of his body parts, except when he uses or transforms into Red Riot Unbreakable.
Cousin Gregory always the sidekick
Coach Boomer: What's your powers?
Me: Superhuman speed of sound, Superhuman Strength, Superhuman Durability, Pyrokinesis, and Ki. *Unleashes fire*
Coach Boomer: Hero!
Sonic: Check this out! *Runs around the gym*
Coach Boomer: Hero!
Anyone else reckon that he was ranked a sidekick as a student, which is why he gets so much satisfaction in screaming at little kids?
The spider arms and the shapeshifter are the most trash powers ever. You could just shoot them dudes
Volcy Thoughts The shapeshifter would work really well for infiltration and spy missions, like mystique
And the spider arms guy can either beat the sh*t of his opponents or sextuple wield weapons
Coach Boomer : what's your super power?
Bruce Wayne : I'm rich.
best part of the movie, "SIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIDE KICK"
I want Larry's powers so freaking bad.
It's pretty similar to "Thing" from Fantastic Four except he can power it down.
J1234 more like the hulk
The Behemoth
I want Layla’s powers
And Will’s
I'd like Layla's flower and plant growing powers
Coach: What's your power?
Batman: I'm Batman.
Heroooooo
Tony: I am Iron Man.
A number of guinea pigs is a herd not a swarm. Just a fyi. The more you know.
i love bruce campbell so damn much "I'M COACH BOOMER"
Hey Coach Boomer is the narrator on Spider-Man and made a cameo in all Toby McGuire SpiderMan movies.
Came back just to see little Greg Hirsch
This movie and My Hero Academia happen in the same universe
Change my mind
This is the best American Hero school.
I just noticed that coach is Bruce Campbell
Hero= Gryffindor
Sidekick= Slytherin
Cousin Greg!
Has six arms 'Hero'
Me: What is he suppose to do with them? Make all out you can eat breakfast in under ten minuets? Or is he good at sex?
Seriously, these power placements make no sense.
6 arms:
1)In Hand to hand combat he has no opening because of his 6 arms
2)More Lifting and Pushing power
3)Climbing
4)Can hold many items such as sword shield or random objects from the environment
What about that?
yeah he did S2Ep3
He have spider powers.
I'm doing it. doing What? GLOWING. lol
Wow,the couch has supersonic powers!
This was basically my hero academia if we're being completely honest
Just better
*Coach:* "Alright, what's yer power?
"
*Batman:* "I'm rich."
Will: If life suddenly became fair, I don't think it'd start in high school.
Let's be honest here, Coach Boomer's name did NOT age well.
Only for those who care about arbitrary age segregation.
I think that Ethan probably would have been placed with the heroes if he had shown Boomer that he could move in his liquid state.
Is that the name of the goo guy from sky high?
*Spits*
Boomer: Super spit? Sidekick.
Me: Think again.
Boomer: Acid Spit.
Hero
3:28 "Well hello Ms. fancy pants! You're leading two things right now, Jack and shit, and jack left town".
Coach: What’s your power?
Thor: *Immigrant Song - Led Zeppelin plays*
The glowing is pretty stupid, so is the hamster and melting. If you could shapeshift like the t-1000 in terminator or alex mercer from prototype that would be a kickass power.
Leyla is the most powerful one. But she's the most polite one also
Layla is an idiot and a coward. she is also soft, fat even! She couldn't beat up anyone in a straight up fight, The cheerleader would have kicked Layla's ass if Layla hadn't gotten the trees to help her. Layla would have been face-down in a trashcan, or strapped to the top of the flag pole.
@@trotsky88 Wha…what?
Expected more my hero comments
Wow, Present Mic really let himself go
Wow the live action Boku no hero looks like it has some potential!
