This was an awesome video Bryan! I knew you'd find some gold when I saw the thumbnail pop up but even I didn't expect that much...wish the deck of the Eroica had that much gold!

I spilled a big ol container of dredge gold I was drying onto my carpet a few months back. Been finding pickers there since.
Yep, invited my mining partner over to come snipe my carpet.
Left over gold is a big deal lol! Solid work sirs! What a freakin stellar pan. Hope to see more random ideas like this.

Man if you had a wet dry vacuum. Pump water up and vac it up. Also, I feel like you guys could have cleaned up so much more.
I’ve thought the same thing for the beach miners. Gotta be faster than a shovel!
Nah the shovel is easy to transport. Putting a vac on a 4 wheeler doesn't seem efficient. You still need a shovel to test.

Yepper i'd have every "captain", skipper, First mate begging me.

I always figured there was a mess of gold falling onto that deck. Every time he brings up a bucket some paydirt sloshes out.

Shawn should have a truck parked on the barge with a vacuumsuction attachement. With a hose down to the bucket. Those trucks are really powerful. Just reel as much hose as you like over the side of the boat. Demote the excavator to prospector. :p

Gold fever is a wonderful thing, seeing that yellow makes you dig that hole faster and deeper. HOW MANY BEERS WORTH OF GOLD WLL YOU GET. All day racing about to get to the dredge, borrow the cube, get the pump, get the generator, get some overpriced fuel, have a meal along the way, got to have accommodations in town, shovels, pans and all the rest. Two burly men on shovels and shifting dirt for a couple hours and you got maybe two grams of the yellow fever in the pan. I would say as a financial proposition you'd make more flipping burgers at the local diner, but as an experience "PRICELESS".

Hell I would clean the deck up if I got to keep the gold I found. I know I watched a vlog of a guy vacuuming his carpet where he packed pay dirt for sale and recovered some gold. I told him I would volunteer to do his future house cleaning for him if I got to empty the vacuum bags.

you should have made a contract to clean his boat for a percentage. you could ask him to leave the deck dirty so that it's just like that and then you could clean it and make a fortune😁. pressure wash it to where you want it and then scoop it up and put it through your little wash cube and clean off the deck.

I would've worked a deal with Shawn to come on before the deck gets sprayed, collect as much of the leftovers as possible, give him a cut of it, and then you have a constant pocket change hobby and Shawn can have a slowly growing gold savings account started on the side.... never hurts to ask...
