Interesting enough the immortal hulk is actually supposed to be taller supposedly. In the comics he was around ten feet tall while the regular Hulk is 8 feet tall.
I get it... I have both of them myself and if someone asked me which one to get, I’d have to ask them what’s most important to them. Where the select wins HUGE is the matte finish and subtle skin texturing. It gives the figure less of a plastic-y look. However, the head sculpt on the ML 80th is THE definitively iconic savage Hulk. I like the sheer bulk of the muscles on the ML 80th Hulk but the musculature of the DST is more “realistic”. Some will prefer scaling the DST to their ML toys while others like myself will feel it’s disproportionate. In the end, if DST had more of a variety of well-articulated iconic representations of characters, they’d probably be taking up my shelf space, but I love my MLs!

You can't call it a tie for price when select is 29.99 at retail you shouldn't include scalpers in that decision. Btw, Diamond Select Hulk shits all over Marvel Legends Hulk!
At the time if the review he has sold out and you couldn't get him for retail. He has since sold out a second time and is now at 50-60 bucks. I try to use up to-date info when I can rather than say retail when it's not offered. But if you can get him for retail give him that full point and you have a winner. ;)
Good comparison. Both figures look amazing but the Select is a better value while the Legends articulation, neutral expression, and scale make it more versatile. If I had to pick only one the 80th would win because I love ACBA photography but a draw is more than reasonable.

Yea if the face was a sligh bit better on the select it would have assure the victory.

If you don’t mind a small headed Hulk the ML head looks pretty good on the Select Hulk’s body it’s my personal opinion but it’s how I display him.
