- I'm back! After a long hiatus, I can finally edit videos again! I'm thinking of starting a new series of decade montages. This took forever, but I'm happy with the final product!

I’m sure that many kids in the 1980s said, “Oh, I can’t wait to grow up!” Well, they’re grown up now and are basically saying, “I want to go back to the 1980s and stay in that era so I can be kid again forever!”

24 years old, these films are my life, this song in particular holds so much emotion for me, I miss being a teen man
I really miss when movies were fun, when music was magic, when men were men, girls were ladies, right was right, and even the sunsets were neon. The 1980s...a magical time that sadly shall never come again.
I think if there was ever a decade that represented fun, it was the 80s.
We LIVED Life! These kids today I don't even understand the concept of what "LIVING" truly means.

The decade that lasted for 30 years. Well, it must of judging by the about of AMAZING songs, films & music that were made.
I was 9 years old when the decade started and 19 when it ended. What a glorious time to grow up in. It was something special. It was an attitude, a feeling, a way of life. I’m ready to go home, back to the 80’s. I miss when the world made sense. Don’t get me wrong, I am not wishing my life away. I love each and every stage of it, but the 80’s were special. If anyone finds a DeLorean with a flux capacitor that gets up to that magical speed of 88 mph, let me know. We are going home and everyone is invited. Long live the 80’s and Gen-X. I love you all
Best movies, music, the whole 9 yards. Best decade ever
This is absolutely beautiful, I’m 12 years old and love most of these movies. My classmates in my middle school will never understand the magic of Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, Breakfast Club, Sixteen Candles, Princess Bride, or Gremlins. I also love the song Don’t you forget about me. My favorite film of all time is Breakfast Club, and it is undoubtedly John Hughes magnum opus.

Sorry kid that you never got the chance to live in the BEST decade ever! You kids will never know what truly being a kid is. Staying out, playing with your friends until the street lights came on, riding bikes off makeshift ramps, riding in the back of a beat up old chevy truck. We were fearless back then

A great selection of movies, but if I had to narrow it down to only 4 movies that really summed up the energy, humour, fashions and excitement of the 1980s and also had great soundtracks it would be: Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Back to the Future, Ghostbusters and Beverly Hills Cop.

Man what a time. Miss the 80s music montages in movies. Also, miss the style, and when MTV actually played music. Ive been watching Miami Vice lately, and can watch Breakfast Club anytime. The 80s were fun, it was just pure magic. Feeling the nostalgia. It's a time and a place we can never go back to.
The 80's really was the GREATEST decade ever!!! So much was going on, from fashion to music to historical events. There will NEVER be another decade like it. So thankful I was a part of it🙏❤
Im a 52 yr old PROUD Gen X 80s MTV kid and I absolutely LOVE stuff like this! I grew up in the 80s and I would kick ass on ANY 80s trivia game lol
There's a band from the north Georgia area called Guardians of the Jukebox that are the absolute BEST 80s tribute band anywhere! Their shows literally take you back to the 80s, with the show as a whole.

Fantastic! Love the Montage!, I want to create something just like this for the intro on my page, this gives me some great ideas, being a Gen Xer myself it definitely takes me back to what I consider the best decade ever. Once again great job!
I feel so lucky to have been born in ‘82 and got to be a kid in this era. I loved it and would literally give anything to go back to these times.

I wasn't born in that era however, i enjoy the musics of that year. Me and my uncle sometimes watch Terminator. I first watched that on VHS when i was 6 or 7. Then i used to watch labyrinth.. so many times and sometimes die hard, the blob, Beetlejuice, the thing and jaws 3d.
Oh the nostalgia. Thank you. I miss the movies from the 80's. They certainly don't make them like they used to (maybe that's what everyone says when they get old).

19 years old and for some reason found that the 80s is just my life aside from modern technology. If we had an 80s society and lifestyle, aside from technology. It'd be too perfect of a lifestyle. I wish for it. But, it would never happen.

I grew up with all of these... A time when I was taught to be the man of the house when my dad was off to his monthly business travels.. I was taught if you are not happy, you make it yourself. You fall, cry while you pick yourself up...A time where my grandpa told me, it's not only about the payment, it's about what YOU bring to the job you do, any job.. 2021, people are offende by a animated potato figure.

I love this montage! Though I must admit I'm a bit disappointed there was not one single scene from the movie 'Splash'! Lot's of Freddy Krueger, but not a single shot of Madison the Mermaid. A total travesty! LOL

It is still a revenge of a Scottish group, therefore European, to illustrate a video for films that are 100 per 100 American...
??? It's an 80's movie montage; Scotland/UK are just as much a part of 80's culture as the US. Why not use music from a non-US band? It's not like they didn't have any memorable 80's music to use from bands that were US based. They used the song that they felt fit the video best. 🙂 It was a good choice. ❤
