I’m so encouraged to see you stick with this project. It can’t be easy with parts availability being what it is. The starting and stopping due to long wait times can be brutal and is a reason why many lose interest in a project. Keep up the good work!
CJ you have no idea how bad you made me want to get a crashed bike and fix it (unfortunately can’t do when you live in an apparement) ! Truly an inspiration, stay safe brother and thanks for the vids 👌
Las MvAgusta son hechas a mano, se podria decir que tu estas haciendo tu MvAgusta. al final podrias hacer una placa indicando que tu fuiste quien armo esa brutale. Saludos desde Perú
Hi CJ, it´s been some time! You´ve definetely raised your game man........kudos. By the way, it seems to me that the Brutale has a little bit more complicated design than the other bikes you rebuilded.
What an enormous task it's been rebuilding this bike. There's no way I would have ever attempted it. In fact, I wouldn't have attempted any of the builds you've done. I'm not even close to having the skill or patience.
rebuilding is so fun. i did a complete stripdown and rebuild. but it was a single cylinder. but something like this mv build you has to have shop manual. helps alot sourcing parts.
Maybe its only me or someone else with me.. this is what am i thinking, this channel fit for bike rebuild/build, and tbh, it doesn't fit for car rebuild bro😅😂😂.. For me, i only watch when the notification pop up about the bike only.. btw, keep it up..
With all my respect, that aftermarket rear signal not fit in bro. This bike is a real artwork. Especially the back side. I know that is sponsored item but idk man. Thanks for the awesome work. Greetings from Türkiye.
CJ, those two grey pieces look like chain sliders, so they should mount somewhere near the leading edge of the swingarm near the countershaft sprocket .
Great rebuild. Parts bill is going to be expensive I think. Maybe it’s not about the money and not about making a profit. Fantastic bike. Enjoy it when it’s done 🇬🇧
In fitting the calipers did the MV have reflectors mounted down there if so and you deleted them from the mounting on the caliper you'll need to put spacers in to take up and orientate the caliper correctly on the discs. I had to put spacers on my V4S Ducati calipers (Factory has them)as I deleted the rather ugly reflectors, but if it never had reflectors down there then your good to go, I've followed you from your very first re-builds. Well done glad you survived your excursion with your R1 could have been a lot worse keep up the good work.
Bike looking great cant wait to see this finished😎,please line your wee bros helmet up with the rest my ocd is in overdrive its not level😅,watching from Belfast☘️
Thanks man!! I’m excited to see it finally taking shape. AGV is a top company we don’t work together sadly , I’ll need to be a motoGP rider before that happens
Back in your old videos for this project there were some kinda sliders that go up and down on upper fuel injectors. I'm asking because I'm curious... Will you build the bike without it or will it eventually be in the next video??
Honestly those videos wouldn't do very well for him financially. There are so many good videos of others like Ari from Revzilla and his previous yourtube channel. I think he should stick to unique motorcycle and car builds. The algorithm will like it more.
CJ, as a long time owner of a couple MV's please do not over torque the rear hub after you tension the chain....If you do you will be replacing it after a few thousand miles.
@@CJMediaOfficial This is just me I use 2nm less and use a bit of loctite. min is about 28nm I believe. The way the hub is designed it would take a lot of drag to spin the hub to change the tension on the chain. I mark my hub to see if spin occurs and it's never moved and I have over 67k on the same bearings... In the end going with min is the recommended so until you get a feel for the bike that's my recommendation.
Hahaha the ohlins labels on the front annoyed me so much but I thought I won't say anything, don't want to be too pedantic - I guess I wasn't the only one 😅. Also, the soundtrack for this ep went hard
😂😂 anything for you guys lol, tbh I didn’t know which was they needed to face so I’m grateful yall let me know, also I’m glad to hear, I wish I could play electric guitar 😂
Coming from a motorcycle mechanic, your attention to little details is truly amazing. Been loving the MV Agusta series!
Thanks Cj for the new video
You’re welcome!
It is so cool that you didn't give up on this project! I love how it is turning out.
We will complete this project!
@@CJMediaOfficial I have no doubts brother!

I’m binge watching every rebuild series on this channel and Ive been loving the MV content. Now Im sitting here waiting for the next one
Watching you from Bangladesh 🇧🇩 Love your repairing series. Waiting eagerly for brutale's final look. Keep up the good work.
Are you safe there ?
we want a panigale v4
And Kawasaki H2
F22 Raptor
Boeing 747
@@은환모-q1b bro calm down, tf u mean with b747😂
Ducati monster- many varieties, might be a little more “affordable “ than a panigale. But a v4 would be sweet to see.

Nice job. Next Bike : Diavel
yeah .😍
This must be your most expensive project so far :D
Waiting for it bro
@CJ Media I could be wrong, but 16:16 is the directional arrow in the opposite direction for the rear tyre..?
Those two small pieces most likely go on the very front of the swingarm near the front sprocket.
at this point CJ is literally build his own mv agusta brutale from the ground up minus making the blocks
1st view from 🇮🇳 ❤❤❤
it should be part 18 friends😂
Love from Indonesia 🇲🇨

Huge respect for you by not giving up on this project... but please stop using a Ferrari as a table for that! 😂
Bravo
very happy to see your project continue, and also is cj joining agv now? because I see 2 expensive helmets there at once🤩

Honestly those videos wouldn't do very well for him financially. There are so many good videos of others like Ari from Revzilla and his previous yourtube channel. I think he should stick to unique motorcycle and car builds. The algorithm will like it more.
Cj all well and good but this rebuild must be costing so much...
BRAZIL!
You been treating yourself to a Rari, noticed it in background 🧐
It’s actually a rebuild project
CJ, as a long time owner of a couple MV's please do not over torque the rear hub after you tension the chain....If you do you will be replacing it after a few thousand miles.
Excellent advise sir thank you, is the oem torque spec too much as well?

how many time we have to watch the forks get oiled over and over again lol!
I know right😆😆😆 I’ve only had to deal with these forks like 20 times in this rebuild series
@@CJMediaOfficial can't wait you to finish it. i want to hear it start. nice one CJ
Is the front tire installed backwards? 6:30
In America, the front tire is opposite the rear tire
Why is that??@@CJMediaOfficial
