Whoever your sound editor is deserves an award. I listen with headphones and almost every other true crime podcast does a terrible job of balancing narration and interviews. Liam not seeing the irony of saying Sarah's dog was "like the size of a Great Dane and didn't do anything. I mean what kind of dog is that?" The dog probably knew Liam and didn't perceive him as a threat or MOST likely Sarah had just put her dog in the kennel which is when he probably chose to kill her. The audacity of Liam trying to make her dog look disloyal while it was he who strangled his "best friend." 🤦‍♂The betrayal she felt must've been horrific (unless he wore a mask). I hope this entity gets real justice from inmates.

A news station did an experiment to see how dogs respond to danger.
They staged break-ins with the dogs' owners present and the majority of the dogs literally ran past their screaming owner and the "burglar" out the open front door.
Very few tried to protect their owner. Dogs get scared, too.

Great Danes are massive wusses, I have two. They've been intentionally bred that way because being so big, you want to reduce the risk they'll get aggressive.
Most dogs aren't as good at defending their owners as people think, especially if they're not trained to do so. They get scared, confused, and they run and hide. They don't think you need defending because they see you as Supreme Alpha, perfectly capable of defending yourself. Especially if they know the other person.

The friend who helped get the confession in the car did an amazing job. He kept his cool insanely well. In the full video Liam actually comes back to the car after he leaves because he lost his keys. I imagine the friend was sweating buckets when he saw him turn around and come back. I recommend watching the full vid in the car, its absolutely chilling and Anthony did as well as a trained undercover agent.

This was a real eye-opener in recognizing what someone sounds like when they're guilty and lying to the police in interviews. Obviously the title of the video has Liam's name in it so we know he's guilty, and in his interview we know he's lying. Then we switched over to Preston and my mind immediately went "okay, now let's see how an innocent person answers police questions." But the more he spoke, the more confusing and suspicious his behavior and answers were. Lo and behold, he was involved with the murder.

Liam's mom still believed he was auditioning for a role? I guess being delusional runs in that family! UGHHHH No wonder he turned out like that; probably never faced consequences with mommy always believing his lies w/no consequences!

Right from the very first interview, Liam refers to Sarah in the past tense. There's no way the police didn't pick up on that. Might explain why they never answered any of his questions.

Do they not realize they could’ve stole her money while she was alive? Like seriously this is a box of cash, wait till the house is empty and just go take the safe. My house was robbed while I was sleeping on my couch no less. Idk if there’s something more here, he did mention some obsession with his girl Sarah had… but he strangled her. That’s a very personal, and often time taking murder to commit. A lot of passion and anger involved to make that happen. Idk I just feel like maybe money wasn’t the only motive. Not that it matters now.

It’s just so hard for me to comprehend a guy of his age murdering someone for the first time that we know of, in such a way… to someone he knew so well. I guess I’m just trying too hard to understand the decisions of monsters. The people that robbed me took an entire safe from my second floor, all while I was asleep right IN FRONT of the door they broke in thru. I’m glad I didn’t wake up 😩 we never did get that safe back. Just horrifying cause it’s believed that the person who stole my safe was my cousin. Someone I’ve known my whole life. Who can we trust?

@@sandraaa8496 That’s exactly what I’ve thought when it came to this case; it was *more* than just about getting money for Liam he just won’t admit it... But of course he chose to still k*ll her bc 1, he’s a selfish idiot and 2, I believe Liam had homicidal ideations for a WHILE… like in general since childhood maybe. And him finding out that Sarah possibly had money coming in was just an excuse he tried to tell himself to make m*rder justifiable for him to commit. I strongly believe if he didn’t go around stupidly telling on his self, he would do it again and again and we would have a serial k*ller on the loose…
