    I wish more gyms had the chest supported t rows !It so much easier to let the workout rip!Rather making sure you're posture is good every 30 sec

    how can u breath while pressing the chest against the pad , i really can't take my breath while doing this exercise !!!

      @@DislikesTV don't go heavy on this exercise , sometimes i do it without supporting with trap bar , but always keep your back flat

      I'm usually a bit out if breath with this exercise. I'm arching my back too much though too, probably going too heavy. I'll correct that next time. Cheers

    Sorry but this type of equipment does not work the best. T-bar on a platform to isolate is the best
