Glad you got to get some running in Tim!!!!! Loving the lever system! I asked Planet Fitness if I could use one there last year when injured and they said NO!!!!!! Something about liability, so check with your gym before you rent or buy one people if you don't have your own tread... I'm considering the Mount to Coast shoe for my 100 miler later this year!!!
Oh that is good to know. Thanks for sharing that Jim! Great advice. I think you'll enjoy the Mount To Coast R1. They are really comfortable. It's not the lightest marathon racing shoe but it makes up for it with comfort. I'm excited to see how they feel on the road. So far I've only got a couple miles in them on a treadmill while being strung up on an adult version of a bouncy chair... lol. Have a great day and stay safe.
