15:47 I can't speak for the navigation/software side of things, but as an owner of a manual Dyson vacuum I can assure you that that bin is full. Since Dysons use a cyclone design to centrifuge dirt out of the air, they have to have a large, clear airspace at the top of the bin for the air to flow freely through and centrifuge with. That's why the "MAX" fill line is so low on the bin compartment; if any part of the collected dirt exceeds the MAX line, the bin is considered full (because it starts blocking the airflow). The flip side of it is that Dysons are also recognized for having unparalleled and consistent vacuuming performance all the way up until that bin is full, since unlike regular filter/bag-based systems, accumulating dust and dirt does not progressively block more and more of the air flow in a (properly maintained) centrifuge system.
As a design, I'm kind of scratching my head, because I can't imagine that Dyson's engineers just overlooked the fact that high vacuuming power and small bin size would lead to a lot of emptying. I wonder why they didn't just make the bot twice as big (i.e. 8× more voluminous), so it could have a bigger, more efficient bin. As it is, it would probably do a pretty good job on single rooms or small, cluttered apartments, but I doubt it's very practical for large, sprawling floor plans (unless you plan to run it at least daily). That might be why it's not marketed in the US (with all its big McMansions).
Since we can't tell if the problem is navigation or bin fill, I'd advise confining it to a large, relatively clean area (e.g. hard floors or carpet that it has already cleaned repeatedly) and run it on low power to see if retarding the rate at which its bin fills improves its behavior at all.

It seems to have strong suction. Each run time it still pulls a lot of dirt up, even in a room that has been cleaned. In quiet mode for longer run time. I'm pretty sure it means it can run longer not take longer.

I’m not convinced these top-mount camera systems are the way to go.

It sounds like it hasn't finished mapping, and runs out of battery because it can't find the route back to recharge!
Nb.: The bin probably wasn't full, so that's why you didn't recieve a "Bin Full" error message!
Note: The robot has a full length roller brush that extends to it's diameter, so it WILL clean right up to the edges; however, it cannot reach into the absolute corners of the room, but neither can other robots as far as I know.
The battery charge duration is not short. Have you compared it to others?
The suction on this robot is exceptional and probably uses more juice, and it does have High and Max power levels.
The stronger the suction, the greater the noise level.
The main aim of a vacuum is to suck up all the dirt, and this robot does exactly that!
If certain obstacles/areas cause a problem for the robot, you can set up a "No Go Area". The problematic area under the chair in question has caused difficulties with all the other robots as you said. This is obviously due to the robots not being able to map/sense the low level wood rocker's; therefor setting up a "No Go Area" is essential, not only for the dyson, but for other makes too (if other makes have that facility).
Note: Watch the robot mapping and see/note where the problem area's are. Once the Mapping has been done successfully and "No Go Areas" set up, you may consider the product to be very efficient and an excellent buy.

I wish it was the same width but lower, with a side brush, better battery, and a self emptying bin. Then I would buy the Dyson

Very Good review 😁😁😁. So to give the Dyson the best chance try running on low power so it may have enough power to create an entire floor plan and have a complete map. Once you have a complete map you can use area select to clean on full power. Looks like the robot does not have enough battery life running at Max power and on carpet to cover your entire floor plan. I hope there a bin full detection, and the App alerts you. Anyways cool robot and you may have to get the LG CordZero R9 and compare the two ODD Ball looking robots 😀

whenever it comes to vacuums running after some other vacuums and it still picking up some dirt there's always dirt in your carpet of some kind with her it's carpet fibers or something that's why they always say the vacuum that vacuums last wins

From use of Dyson’s handheld vacuum cleaners, when the bin overflows it causes strain on the motor and it dies quickly. That bin does look a bit full to me.

It still shouldn't affect it and also I've used Dyson DC35, V6 and V8 with completely full bins and it hasn't caused the machine to stop working. The robot needs improving!

I doubt Roborock S5 would have gotten stuck on that chair. I have a similar chair and RR hops right over it with little issue. And none of that dumb, dumb, dumb navigation.
Do any of your non-clean base robots have a bin full alert? The two I have just keep cleaning with a full bin. Which is why the clean base appeals to me.
