Beloved Sir, Namskar Can you explain where we do mistakes commonly while doing 1st stage of dynamic meditation. I couldn't understand where I am doing mistakes in breathing process. Because my emotions are not coming as it's own in 2nd stage. Should I focus on breathe in or breathe out. I am focusing on breathe out perhaps I might not taking deep breathe. And also I heard that once body gets tuned it takes its own breathe and follows in 2nd stage also. Is it true. If so how to do choas breathing. Body should follows the breathe or breathe should follows the body?. To take fast and deep breathe I am tightening body somewhere neck area or in hands or at near chest, if I allow my body to loose then I couldn't take breathe fast and deep, to take vigorous breathing it look tiny to overtake the body, breathe in and breathe out coming very slowly because my body looks like a heavy load on my breathing.
Beloved Sagar Kumar, FIRST OSHO Dynamic can’t be done. Like eating, growing, seeing, etc. It is happening. Doing is done from the mind and it is not meditation. EMOTIONS ARE not coming because you are not flowing, you are like a stone and acting from the mind, but you don’t see this. MEDITATION IS not about focusing; it is about relaxing. It is a conscious relaxation. Do you know how you are rising your arm? But you can do this.The answer is - relax and breath from consciousness touching outside the body, inside emptiness. WHEN YOU TUNE from consciousness to the body, body tunes to the consciousness too. The same happens with the breathing. BODY, MIND, breathing and you have to start tuning to the consciousness. And you have consciousness. Problem is, you can follow only, and you follow the mind not consciousness. Problem disappears when you start going with or from consciousness. I found this and use this by meditating and sharing with friends, fellow travelers and disciples here in Ashram. WHEN ONE start acting from consciousness, I disappear. You won’t find I. Everything what you do from I is from ego, from mind. And it is a hard job and mistake. YOU CAN READ many answers from the different demo, but usually they don’t share the answer from consciousness. Especially from consciousness to the body. Hi Master.I try to keep hands up even it's paining a lot in stop stage But after some time my hands automatically go down like gravity is pulling hands down. How to overcome it. Also my concentration goes on pain(Because of keeping hands up) in 4th stage and I feel no meditative state. Please suggest how to move from body consciousness and be a watcher.. Thanks
