Hi Graham great vids and great knowledge been home brewing for a couple of years now and never done a stout before but seeing yours well that’s a definite now and excited to be doing one , but Graham can I pick your brains just the once having watched 90% of the vids and read 90% of comments I think I’ve missed something so the question is , when you 2nd ferment in the barrel has that got a bubbler/airlock on the top of the top ?
    Have a great Xmas. Paul.

Good morning Paul thanks very much I am delighted you are enjoying my videos , I actually don’t do secondary anymore for conditioning. I ferment my stouts for between 10/12 days or till when fermentation has stopped then I move straight to my cold crashing fridge I usually leave it there for 2/3 weeks then transfer to a corni keg force carbonate and serve on nitro mix threw a creamer nozzle. Hope that helps feel free to ask as many questions as you like pal every day is a school day and I am still learning about brewing myself cheers 🍻 and have a great Christmas happy brewing
