I didn't know this food exists until I saw this receipe. Out of curiosity i made it and boom... making it everytime I'm hungry. So goooooood and literally takes 2mins.to make. I even made some tomato puree stored it and the food is ready in minutes.thank u so much chef 😍🙇

I'm a Rajasthani who loves to cook spicy food because I like my own cooked food the most, my cooking is definitely inspired by Western India's Spicy dishes. After making Sev Tamatar at least 50 times and experimenting with it, I would give a bit of a tip - Add 1 spoon of Tomato Sauce with Tomatoes(will give the dish a sweet but spicy taste) and a pinch of Maggi Masala with spices (will give the tangy flavor of Maggi masala and the mouth-watering aroma) and this will make it even more delicious, saying with experience.
I'm also from Rajasthan (jaipur) I also makes the same recipe as you mentioned but i use lil bit sugar in tomato pury instead of tomato sauce and also use maggie massala "what a coincidence"😀

I belong to rajesthan near borders..My dadi use to make this tamatar ki sabji.. There is no sev and instead of gur she used chini, n no puree..not that patli also.... Its yum n two minutes recipe... One can hv it with thandi roti also anytime... It's my hunger jugaad Or when there is nothing in kitchen... It's tasty.. When he shared the border story.. Could relate with it... My parents tell me that Rajasthan being dry area green vegetable were only used to be cooked for people with rich class at that.. And all the recipe's where onion garlic tomatoes are used as base to gravy there was no such thing at that.. All food was used to be cooked without onion and that food still tasted like heaven.. Onion however was eaten raw.. For avg middle class family... Kadhi, sangri, popli, dry vegetables such as tinda was cooked with dahi.., kakadi ki sabi etc..i hv eaten once but forgot name n it' taste yum!! During my school days in Chandigarh nearby people use to be shock seeing kakadi ki sabji... Just sharing my story:)
