Knowledge is value and he is a high value !! and Ranveer knows how to deliver as well... his social intelligence and humbleness.... puts the brain at ease while it tries to decode the what and why in recipe conundrums...

    My one of the college friend is from Ratlam he did said that his city come between both border of Gujarat and Rajasthan
    Well i never cared about what type of Sev used in Sev Tamatar nu shaak if it's simple mild yellow sev or Ratlami Sev but both are Tasty for sure and if I see most people using Simple Yellow Sev than Ratlami Sev in Sev Tamatar nu shaak
    eating Ratlami Sev what I call Bhujia basically (Bikaji Bhujia) is like Snacks eating just like that is fun used to bring in my Lunchbox during school time.

    I didn't know this food exists until I saw this receipe. Out of curiosity i made it and boom... making it everytime I'm hungry. So goooooood and literally takes 2mins.to make. I even made some tomato puree stored it and the food is ready in minutes.thank u so much chef 😍🙇

    This video was like a teacher teaching to his students...but the teacher or prof isn't any sadharan teacher but one good well learned doctorate holder who provides all the information associated with the topic he is teaching and in due time focuses less on what he is supposed to teach ( that's very intrinsic to happen cause I have experienced it with learned ppl)

    I'm a Rajasthani who loves to cook spicy food because I like my own cooked food the most, my cooking is definitely inspired by Western India's Spicy dishes. After making Sev Tamatar at least 50 times and experimenting with it, I would give a bit of a tip - Add 1 spoon of Tomato Sauce with Tomatoes(will give the dish a sweet but spicy taste) and a pinch of Maggi Masala with spices (will give the tangy flavor of Maggi masala and the mouth-watering aroma) and this will make it even more delicious, saying with experience.

      I'm also from Rajasthan (jaipur) I also makes the same recipe as you mentioned but i use lil bit sugar in tomato pury instead of tomato sauce and also use maggie massala "what a coincidence"😀

    Yummmmy...sev tamatar ki sabji, bajre ki roti (rotlo as we gujju call it), kadhi, vaghareli khichdi, side mein lashun ki chuntey, thode se pyaaz aur masala chaas...aur kya chahiye...bas ittu sa khana 🤤 I have been craving Kathiyawaadi food...youtube pe har jagah masala/dahi wale bajra roti hi dikh rahi hai...Dayumnnn I got to make this...I miss India and I miss foooooooooddddd 🤤🤤🤤

    I belong to rajesthan near borders..My dadi use to make this tamatar ki sabji.. There is no sev and instead of gur she used chini, n no puree..not that patli also.... Its yum n two minutes recipe... One can hv it with thandi roti also anytime... It's my hunger jugaad Or when there is nothing in kitchen... It's tasty.. When he shared the border story.. Could relate with it... My parents tell me that Rajasthan being dry area green vegetable were only used to be cooked for people with rich class at that.. And all the recipe's where onion garlic tomatoes are used as base to gravy there was no such thing at that.. All food was used to be cooked without onion and that food still tasted like heaven.. Onion however was eaten raw.. For avg middle class family... Kadhi, sangri, popli, dry vegetables such as tinda was cooked with dahi.., kakadi ki sabi etc..i hv eaten once but forgot name n it' taste yum!! During my school days in Chandigarh nearby people use to be shock seeing kakadi ki sabji... Just sharing my story:)

But next day, i.e. present day kyunki mujhe sev bhaji bahut pasand hai Maine yeh recipe Brar sahab ki dobara dekhi aur tab bhi mujhe iss point ne kucch der ke liye jaam kar diya....
