My son occasionally helps a local farmer, mostly for harvest. He likes running the grain cart. Every once in a will he will get busted from that job for overloading trucks. One time he put 1103 bushels on a truck. The elevators around here will no longer dump a truck that grosses over 95,000 lbs but luckily they always haul to their own bins.

Zach, I remember when I subscribed to you when you had like 35,000 subscribers. I cant believe how much you're channel has grown!!! Thanks for every laugh you've given me!
What a heck of a place for a kid to grow up. You get so much experience doing things unlike the kids in city or urban areas. At a young age you get to learn how to operate equipment, cars, trucks motorcycles, ATV's on and on living where you do. I grew up in Fort Worth and every summer as a child I went to stay with my grandparents in the U.P Of Michigan and got to do a lot of stuff like this. We could never do that where I lived. Most my family is from WI or Michigan so it was always a good time. Great video once again. You have one hell of an operation I have to say.
Fun on the farm - either too hot / dry - cold and wet - or subzero and buried chest high in snow. That setup sure beat my buddies setup. I remember a scoop shoveling the last bit of corn out of the bin. Take care and enjoy the youngsters.
"I love that sound!" Yessir!! When I'm walking in dry grain, I pull my socks over the top collar of my boot. It keeps most of the grain out of your shoe. Also works well when baling hay.
That humidity and temperature is pretty much normal for us down here in South Carolina! And by the way, I love the Ernest P. Whirl ewwwww you did! Epic! Oh I driving a truck, all up in this muck!
A trucker, TJV vlogs, came through MN last week. And he got a huge thunderstorm. Wow, a serieus one. And i right away thought about you. Oh no, no more rain. :( Now i see, you had that to. 3 inches? Wow! Well, good luck man. This is not a joke anymore :(
Ah i love the trucking videos, well the ones where you drive them anyways and not just load lol i do love all the other videos but i always think its interesting to see the trucks rolling
Yup, it just keeps raining every 3-4 days here as well.......Indian Head to Grenfell....then it finally warmed up last weekend, but too much, because then we got the storms from the heat..........can't win this year.
Good call on keeping Jim on the pavement, harder to get stuck there. 90 degrees and 90% humidity? Welcome to every day of summer time in St Louis MO! Who has to sit on the cooler in the new podcast studio?
82% Hummidty , I would love to have 82% here in south Alabama . Its usually near 100% from about April to October and the temp has been 92-100 most of the week . Bring on winter and temps in the 50'S !
Because I'm old, and my knees are going bad after 39 years of manual labor, I am now wearing Timberland work boots with my cargo shorts and entering million dollar homes to clean the carpet.
''It'll take it as fast as you can dump it in there'' I will hold off on my smutty comments Zach. That little old loader tractor could maybe use some new front tyres? Great vid as usual buddy!
You guys could really use a "trash pump." It's a liquids pump that is intended to handle some degree of solids in the water. Could haul that dip dry pretty quickly!
Rotten corn is the worst. I used to work at a grain elevator and we had an area under our rail spout that was a good 3 feet deep of just rotten corn. I stepped right in it on one of my first days working there and one of the other guys had to help me get out of it.
You can tune up the white truck to get more ponies. You should be able to get 25hp to 40hp extra. Maybe it's just a dirty air filter. Or its time for a new truck or motor
After you pump the water out with the auger, pump a few gallons of WD40 through it to displace the water in the bearings. Might prevent the auger from receiving a gunshot wound later in its life due to bearing complications. :D
I don't know dick about farming but this was fantastic. I subbed.
Awesome, thank you!!
hahahahahaha well said ...I don't know dick about it, either, which is why this guy's channel is so great :)

Haha! 😆
That cracked me up!

That was way too funny.
The dude survived a ride up and fall from grain auger, would have let him live another day
Sudden onset lead poisoning!
1.2k views in less than 10 minutes! The impact you have on spreading agricultural knowledge is surreal. Keep up the great work!!

Most people have no idea about hauling grain. Great video.
The correct terminology for the cause of raccoon death: 'acute, trans-cranial lead toxicity.'
Thank you doctor Moyers!

Oh yeah brah. Forgot to tell ya. Swung by on Tuesday and picked up my grill. It’s finally football season.
Great video as always. We used to reverse our fans when we emptied a bin. Keeps the bin ventilated and dust free

I like watching your videos because you show people working - unlike those Welkers who just ride around in their big buds and red combines :)

An awesome fix on the tarp strap. Sometimes you just have to make a quick fix to keep the day rolling

It hasn't stopped raining all yr over here. We've hit record rain already this yr, with months to go. Harvest should be a blast.
You should do a video on grain bin safety considering all of the recent farm accidents
You should come speak at New Ulm High School this year
We just lost a guy yesterday, in a grain trailer.
