I keep getting lay up animations especially when someone in the paint. I never get contact dunks what I do. My player has HOF limitless takeoff HOF posterizer 80 vert. 99 dunk. I keep getting lay ups when I put a guy in the paint. But if the lane and the paint is empty he dunks. Help me
Do you need limitless takeoff to get consistent contact dunks? Also do you need to turn the meter off your layups. I keep laying the ball up with a 93 driving dunk. its making me hot.

QUESTION ABOUT ELITE CONTACT DUNKS. If I cap out my driving dunk at 92 and vert at 78 in the builder and then get the gym rat badge to bump my vert up to 82 after the fact, will I unlock elite contact dunks or will it stay locked since I capped it at 78 in the builder?
Yes and no bc if u want to do certain dunk to activate takeoff if u trying core the badge u gotta push ur right stick to top left or top right. If you don’t care for any of that u can just use square.

I mainly get my contact dunks by flicking the right stick up then immediately hold the right stick down. You might also have to check and see if you have your dunk packages equipped.

The key is doing this with your myplayer because of course the game will let Ja dunk with no problem he probably has a 99 rating

Up down is for 1 foot dunk meter dunks and down down is for 2 foot meter dunks ......it's not 1 hand or 2 hand

if it still says 78 in ur attributes then you want be able to get it
