Wow....someone doing help videos for returnees! That's so great ❤ gonna point other returnees to u cause they have a lot of questions you're answering. They tend to feel overwhelmed by many changes, especially the interface so it would be cool if someone did a video dedicated to navigating the interface alone 😊
I'm not a returning player but I'm kind of new to the game (I'm on level 87 and been playing for a few months now my cs is kind of low) there still a lot of stuff I don't understand. This video has been very helpful you are good at explaining clear and straight to the point! you should make more videos about TOF.

Tips from me for new or return
1. for me if you not complete f2p you can just build your's equip to 1 elemental type attack because tank is only for raid shield break (that;s not need high resist) ,high level origin of war (that's the dificulty lower everyday), sometimes VA 6 and that's it , and in this game healler capability is from elemental attack tho so Never build resist and hp at first place
2. if you return or new and need something, please just make a party first before ask help at world chat, people will sometimes ignore you if you not build party
3. the downside of this game sometimes we got server lag at some event so if you didn't want lag please don't play this game for your good; this game use dedicated server not client server like genshin ,elden ring, v rising and other game.
4. edit : this game is P2W in terms of damage; so you can't compete with p2w in terms of damage; in terms of end game content yes you can do f2p to heall your DPS teammate

Im thinking on retuning i stopped playing around 2.4 i was pretty strong at that time now the game is pretty far i think im now outdated and i have to catch up and that sounds like rough work honestly. I think that's the only thing that really keeping me from jumping back in but i think this is just a mentality thing for me. Overall this is a good video i'm happy you made one for people returning to the game, you did amazing job.
First welcome back. Second, its definitely not 40 people per channel. Its more like 100 to 300 people per channel. It all depends how much they "spin up" the server. Its dynamic server population. It can decrease or increase depending on the situation. The devs can change this at any time. It has to do with how the coding works.

All I want to know is how to continue the original story. I started a new character, and after completing the tutorial (immediately after Shirli is taken away by Zeke) the game just introduces Nemesis as Shirli and acts like its completely normal. Now its taking me to a new planet called Vera and thats what its forcing me to do now. What happened to the rest of the original story? Why cant I do anything else beside Vera content now? I dont like this jumping around the timeline in the game when it doesnt need to be this way

@@nurulazmi939 i think I figured it out. The whole first chapter is relegated to a side quest, not the main quest (as in, it appears blue and can only be tracked via side quests

@onlythemoon3273 just as Nurulazmu939 said. All of Chapter 1 has been moved to the Memories Section of the quests (I think it's at the bottom of the list)
Tbh end game fortitude is something you should avoid. Benidiction is under played and a must for end game, attack is what everyone builds into. Fortitude really is only needed on void abyss, raid, and sometime origins of war (depending on what your teammates are running)
I recommend if you are going for a healer try to pull Lyra and raise her to a3-a6.
Healers build the same as attack other then the titan bonus attribute of increase healing.
Your gloves and boots should be whatever attack your main dps/heal weapon, base attack, and crit (not crit chance %) also health
Every other armor piece main dps/attack, base attack health, resistance
Your accessories main attack %, main attack, base attack, health (can be hard to get the accessories main attack %, it is different from main attack damage %)
That’s basically some of the advice id recommend people to aim for sooner rather than later but do it at your own pace.
some fortitude reso are still strong tho :O like Lan Anna Asuka (my team) or Mimi mains afaik they go Fortitude instead DPS reso ?

You just missed the Frost re run banners with new weapon Ling Han who is a dps. Currently it is an Altered Banner with new dps weapon Nan Yin, check her out in the trials as she is very strong currently and will help you get back into the game. Thanks for watching!

all i need to know about this game is whether they re still having shared chests and loot with other players , having to jump from one channel to an other to farm bosses and been forced to join a group of people to farm a boss . these are the dumb things that made me quit and wont waste time playin this dumb game if the loot is still shared .man i remember exploring climbing a mountain just to find a chest on a 5 hour countdown . in my opinion whoever came up with this idea killed the game as so many players were annoyed by it and quit including my self .
I just started play about 1 week now. Trying to do story and about to finish chp3. I still wonder where to access Adventure Tab? I thought that thing is unlocked at chp2.
The icons along the top right guide you to most menus in the game, clicking the current mission text below those icons will display a notepad looking tab next to it to the right. These show the missions if this is what you are looking for. Thanks for watching
@@BakedKipling i think they meant the "Adventure Tab" like they said. Not the mission list. Adventure tab is where you would find your group content, daily bounties, bygone phantasm and so on. I have several friends that all started soon that are confused as to why I have but they dont (my character is also new-ish, I made them back at launch but never got around to playing it)
So even I'm confused as to why I have the tab but not them. And I cant explain why they would make that kind of change for no reason but still keep it on the characters that have it earlier than they are meant to

I'm new ti the game and im on level 17 im having trouble selecting a misison how do i do that can you please help
You doing story quests or daily missions? There are bounty quests, instances for rewards and such. Be a bit specific please. If it's main story, it is highlights in yellow or orange. If it's side quests, usually light blues or dark blues. I am in Starlight Server. I cannot help you if you're not in there but I can tell you what to do if you need anything regarding to TOF (Tower of Fantasy), I am a free to playish player, I only spend $300 for weapons but gives up after that. I am also a casual player. So I do know something if you're new.

@@Spartan-ts5dy I understand that, it took me a while to get use to it too. However, I have friends in real life playing with me when I first start, so we all learn from each other. I didn't knew how to upgrade my CS or gears until I am level 30. My friends didn't fully told me about it. Lol. I started TOF when Nemesis (Sheryli) first banner came out. Her banner was half way almost gone when I created my character. I didn't got lucky, so I missed her. I got Samir as my first SS weapon.

I would say that if you are wanting to be competitive then definitely not. BUT I would say that for a general PVE experience it matters very little what weapons or characters you have, your gear is the most important for increasing damage and stuff and can be leveled just by playing the game. So if you wanted to play the game like genshin impact as a single player experience, then it doesn't matter at all what you rol for etc. so its best then to roll for characters you like. As for bosses there will always be wales who can help you out if you are struggling with something.
Why is it 120 fps for you and not me when I have the setting on ??
It depends on what system your trying to play on some areas like in domain 9 i can only get around 60 with drops below in intense pve fights. Try adjusting the graphic settings, anti aliasing can be intensive in open world game like tower of fantasy.
