It looked like that cutie was trying to get a drink of water but no one was paying attention. Listen when the animals are "speaking." You would be amazed at what they have to say.
I didn't get the impression that they are all that happy. Seemed like a lot nervous pacing in a confined area.
Not only was the Baby Hungry and wanted his Milk....but spraying the Hose on him was reallllllyyyy ANNOYING!!! For him and ME!!
The baby elephants are clearly stressed out and unhappy, with some of those characters around them it is no wonder.

You've obviously been watching elephants for a while! Their playful mud baths are a joy to see. Who knows, maybe they do have a preference for keeping meal times separate!

Let the baby have it's bottle! You can water it down with the hose after it's tummy is full. It was obvious it was hungry. How about you sit down to eat and somebody holds a hose over your head while you try to eat?
It is clear from the video, the baby is too much worried, . probably looking for its mother... It is alone when it needs lovely motherly care from its mom...

They look a bit sick!! (sorry) Plus the floor needs lots of hay or grass for more padding. Plus they seem to be pacing back and forth which is a dreadful sign.
Let the baby eat without the water.. and please keep them together to stop the bored pacing. Any chance of putting things in the bare empty areas for play and enrichment? Thanks for caring for them .
Is there a reason the men won't touch and pet them but instead keep them away with the bars and water? They seem to need the affection and reassurance.
They are supposed to be released to the wild after treatments and ready to be survived in the wild.

First you give water bathe more than one HR. And give milk as they need they are happy. They are animals. What are you feed correct. But method of giving is also some way. We should give. That not ask any thing. But we have to give. They are in your control.

Tina Hemingway the babies are being raised for the abusers, a captive bred programme by the government....they are not a hospital or an orphanage. These abusers are just making money from sick videos.

Its upsetting for me watching these videos...now knowing what kind of life these youngsters will face with the torture and being starved of food and water into submission to the mahouts. Not sure what you're trying to say- but this is disgusting. Look up David Sheldrick Trust and see what a baby elephant needs to survive. They may even mean well but this is ignorance that has a very high price.

The enclosure these babies are in is too small for them -- they both need to be put in the open outdoors -- just walking back and forth and in circles is not good for these babies ☹

There's nothing cute in this. The baby doesn't seem to be happy. The baby is actually not drinking milk and so they are showering so that it lifts up its trunk. But I think it's refusing milk coz it's unwell. I feel she is suffering from diarrhoea. Her back shows that. And it has not been cleaned. Then why this shower drama.
