With this length of instructional video, it is very helpful to have an index as well as a clear outline at the start of 'what can I expect to learn?' This video is over 45 minutes long, which is a big ask of my time without any clear payoff in advance. (I think Freshbooks can do better and I am just at the 2 minute mark).
Your explanation format was understandable and thank goodness, what I've been doing. I am having a horrible time applying payments from WEPAY. I now have access (finally) to the wepay report so I know who gets what but for the beginning of us using Freshbooks, we were sloppy. My solution is to delete payments and re-enter the payment and bk fee correctly.Also when you go to the help section, it gives you too many choices and doesn't;t match up with my version of Freshbooks. Like the program but anyway I can get a ruling on my delete payments idea? Also can you detail why / when I need to provide Freshbooks / Wepay with a 1099? Shirley Bailey
Im a sub-contractor who invoices a General Contractor. Can I track invoices by job name? I can do this in QB and need to do it in FB. I get pd w a check and a breakdown of job names it pertains to, so I need to be able to track inv that way.
