Quick question: Let's say you have a bank transaction for $500. And you have two expenses for $250. Can you match 1 bank transaction to two expense entries? I ask as I'm hesitant to connect my bank account to Freshbooks due to security concerns. In order to mitigate those concerns, I'll have to do a lot of reorganization of my bank accounts and want to make sure bank reconciliation will work for me. On a related note, any plans on allowing users to just upload transactions rather than forcing them to enter their credentials on a website that is not their own banks? My understanding is that by entering the credentials into a third party website, you are violating your banks agreement and there may be liability concerns. I'd rather just do it manually once a month as it just takes two seconds.
Does Freshbooks pull in the income like quickbooks? I get my payments through WIX and Zelle and they go into my bank account. Do all of these have to be entered manually and if so, where??
Is it possible to upload bank statement manually in Freshbook??

He talks about it @8:58. You can connect an incoming payment to an invoice you've sent.
