@@CheesyMcBeard The distance is 2122.72km. And, besides, they won the popular vote. Have you considered that the reason why the neighbours like that song is that many of them share the culture? As in, the Joik is a tradition in Sweden too and it makes sense why they would vote for it. Maybe, it's just not your kind of music? I voted for it because I liked the song not because of politics. Had ANY country entered with KEiiNO I may have found it a little odd if it wasn't the countries culture but I would have still voted for it because I love the song. What was your favourite?
@@mjb22 people are saying that the back screen went dark. But maybe it's a broken phone and nobody really knows what the fuck was wrong with this performance
@@makyotoo I've now sen the footage that you are referring to. The screen that the juries were watching went black for a few seconds and this happened twice during Norway's performance.
nglnglnglnglngl The screen got black in the middle of the song, because of technical problems, and it was something about a man walking in the middle of the stage.
You hit the nail on the head right there. Everybody use the "screen incident" as an excuses to falsely accuse the Jury of corruption. Nothing really went wrong in the "vocals" itself. It's called a song contest after all.
M M the vocals were great so no problem there. However the judges also score the acts on staging and as something out of Norway’s control went wrong with the screen, they should have had the possibility to perform again. In order to be judged fairly.
Serious people here??? .. It wasn't THIS performance that got technical problems, it was the performance for the juries alone on Friday, the day before the final
Did anyone noticed that the countries around Norway gave the most points in televoters? Yeah... political influence ;-). Netherlands deserved to win. Not even getting a lot of points from Germany or Belgium.
They won the televote which means more than just their neighbour countries awarded them points. I'm from the UK and our 12 televote points went to Norway.
@@FatLeonard84 I thought neighbours meant land connected but televotes don't tend to reflect political feelings anyway. It was just a great song and I'm happy and proud that it did so well
The best song... that’s why they got the highest score by the public votes
By the popular vote - this song was the true winner. It makes you wonder about the jury arrangement...
Yeah the popular votes from the direct neighbour countries...
@@CheesyMcBeard If that's so, they got to have a lot of neighbors then. For your information - study the point allocation.
@@CheesyMcBeard Wow, I wasn't aware that England was a direct neighbour of Norway.
@@bookishbrook2038 Well there's nothing in between them except for water, right?

Vickyyy yup
KEiiNO 😍😍😍😍😍❤❤❤

Fred Buljo dancing is very funny
The jury probably didn't vote them as they would clearly win.
Juries are dumb, but we need them in esc for balance
I know I’m a year late but it was because of a technical fail that happened in that performance
I think the singing was fine but I did notice their stage timing was really off in this performance, maybe the jury marked them down for that?
Can anyone tell me if this is really the footage from the jury final? Cause I do not see this ''black screen'' incident that ''cost them jury points''
makyotoo I haven’t just made up the fact that I was there and this is actual footage!
@@mjb22 so where is the moment the screen goes black? It doesn't make much sence
makyotoo What screen? I wouldn’t have seen that, would I?! I was in the hall. Presumably it is referring to the TV feed that the juries were watching.

Why did they ask to play this for the jury again it seemed there singing was good here!?
