Hey Soph, love the cooking ideas. With regards to the knorr cube, just dilute it in a bit of hot water and add that water to your rice and then keep it on the rice cooker. That way you don't need to open or keep an eye on it. Hope this helps😊

Very nice meal prep. Just called my husband while he was out grocery shopping to ask him to get Weetabix and Oat Milk 😊😂🤭. I plan on trying the breakfast snack for sure. I also agree with you that if you’re going to make a lifestyle change, you should at least enjoy what you’re eating. No use in being unhappy in what you’re eating .

This was defo an informative vlog. Yes the wheetbix does sound more like a dessert but defo a twist for a snack and looked really tasty. The veg and minced combination sounded tasty.
You should have included the recipes and a brief guide to cooking them.

I also used a rice cooker several years ago and rice would stick to the base of it, despite me spraying it with non-stick oil first. Arghhh! 😅
I hate it when that happens coz it's a pain to wash off. I leave the rice in the rice cooker (power off) for abt 15-30 mins or so before scooping out. That usually gets most of the rice off the bottom.

I’m not sure on the procedure if you both get hired, they do have family accommodations that they put families in who are both crew ☺️
