    Eagles are not an endangered species and people should be able to own them outside of government control

      Yeah being in a cage would be so preferable over flying free .

      @@arthurbrumagem3844 you speak as if you're someone who has never practiced falconry or hawking. Birds of prey live longer in captivity, have a steady diet, and can actually freely fly away anytime their in the field.
