David Mack is right. There hasn’t been a new officer hired since 2009. BT basically has no officer to enforce the violations. Most of the work are being done by NYS Troopers.

On the Day that old corpse croaks I hope they repaint the lines exactly the way he has been advocating against. 90 years and he hasn’t figured out multimillionaires don’t care about his uptight complaints.
