Some people use bible that is a Cambridge Concord wide margin imitation leather with no tabs and can last eleven years with nearly no damage. No damage on the Gold gilding but only the tab area because it has no tab.

I wanted to try it out in the Calf-Split before jumping into the goatskin. I do have a goatskin Pit Minion and love it. I was wondering, do you have a Schuyler or Allan Bible? If so, would you rather have your wide-margin from Cambridge, or a Schuyler or Allan? Blessings brother.

Matt ,pastor Dave here ,why don't you pick up the crossway preachers bible ,it has 10 point font ,nice wide margins and a nice slice of goat skin to boot !!! I have one and for $120.00 at CBD you can't go wrong .

I love the grain on their wide margin bibles, my regular size Concord has the more tighter pebble style grain but it's still beautiful and butter soft. Wow pastor you definitely get around, brother I've seen 10yr old bibles in better shape LOL. but it's a good thing shows your working for Jesus. The only problem with my Concord is that pesky thin title page, it is so thin that it splits apart in the gutter:( I'm guessing the wm doesn't have that problem.

Crossway used to have a single column verse by verse Bible that had wonderful paper and substantially wide margins (though not technically a wide margin). You may be able to find one of these used or on ebay. It was in publication about 3 to 4 years ago.
Yes, you sure can. However this Bible is slightly larger and heavier due to the wide margins, so you may like to pair it with the Pitt Minion version (see other reviews in my playlist) which has the exact same layout but in a much smaller edition. Warning Pitt Minion has small print!

I have had my Cambridge Clarion for about 2 yrs and it also has the end page tab problem.

Be really nice if they updated this goatskin addition to the 2011 ESV translation. I also prefer black letter Editions.

Yes, but see my review of the ESV Wide Margin by Crossway (this one is by Cambridge) which has a larger font!
Where could I find this Bible Reading plan? I've been using the Grant Horner plan and it's pretty intense so I might switch it up after a little bit.
