Hey it’s Bert! I have a question regarding the event viewer..I have a computer at our work that is taking an event log every minute causing the local hard drive to fill up..any guidance? Thank you sir!
Hi Bert! Even viewer will recording activity and will do so frequently; however, it should not be filling up the hard drive. That is very unusual... check for viruses just in case. Make sure computer has all of it's updates. If that does not work... do a system repair as in OS repair or reinstall. I don't think there is another way to fix even viewer as it's part of the system. If you do an OS repair make sure you backup all of your data because it may delete it.
