Also, how many sacks will you wet that much without wearing yourself out!.
Our latest research indicated that long stakes and medium stakes doesn't have any significant differences.
    All you need do is
    1. Get a good sack, you can use a cement sack, sacks of chicken feeds etc.
    2. Get a good source of seed yams or produce yam setts from a big tubers that has good genetic materials.
    3. Plant during planting season, say march to April when rain is also about to start properly, stake properly and expect a good outcome at the end of the year around November to December. Thank me later....👍

@@Naturesheritagenetwork this method really works well. I planted yam in bags in May and the last 3 bags, i had little soil. So i just thought of puting so soil under the bag, banana peels in the middle and a little soil at the top. I just harvested them and sincerely, the harvest of those 3 bags is enormous, many times bigger n longer than the bags full of soil. This will be my method of planting yams in bag hence forth. Thanks for the knowledge.

No sir. Research has shown that the bigger the seed, the larger the tubers but it has a ceiling of 350g. What you saw with me is a mini tuber which is a type of seed yam designed to be planted. I have demonstrated in another video how it is grown.

There is an easier way to sieve the soil faser than using the hand-held sieve. Get the welders to fabricate it for you. It is formed as a rectangular structure, but the height of it should be more than the width for the soil to drop down from a distance. It all depends on the sieve dimensions. It could be square but big enough for the soil thrown at it to drop downwards, hence sieving further. The structure is made like V but placed and secured upside down and the lower points open wide. One side is welded as the desired sieve mesh with the rims (perimeter) reinforced with a light bar to give strength to the sieve. The other side are two strong legs to support the sieve side. The two are hinged on top at two points to open or close the structure. In these times, you can see some Upside V display units for advertisement. Once you are ready to sieve the soil, you open the structure at a wide angle, making sure the two legs to one side are firm on the ground. You shall need a shovel (or spade) to shovel the soil to be sieved at the sieve. Thow (toss) soil 29:16 at the middle or top portion of the slanted sieve. By so doing, the smaller sand particles go to the sieve and are lodged under the upside down V structure or the gable of the legs and the back of the sieve. The rocks or such unwanted pebbles trown at the sieve drop in front of the sieve, which are separated from the desired soil. The unwanted soil materials are periodically removed, and so are the sieved soils or the sieve structure moved periodically and carefully so as to separate the two soils. This way of shoveling the soil for sieving is faster and gives more output than the hand-held type. The soil should also not be too wet to be able to go through the mesh and not to from clods or to be soggy.
