I believe it will be Anna. There is an advertisement on urban square with a Red Shoe, on the board it reads Janice WINTERS, and WILLIAM Teal with the main Title Crimson Cendrillon. A Cendrillon is really French for Cinderella. Considering the final character lands Winter, the Red Shoe and the name William, also Crimson is not really an orange or red color, it looks more red but with a hue. With these things in mind I believe it is Anna.

This! Her feud with Nina is - by now the latest - ridiculous. Anna is a member of the G Corporation, a high ranking one. Why not use that? Why not give her a story line of her taking over G Corporation as Kazuya is on his own revenge story and therefore fulling Kazuyas rage.
