Why do shows do this to me? Why? It's all sorts of wrong for me to love Galadriel/Halbrand! He's Hot Sauron for crying out loud! Why do this to me? LOL! I'm weak when it comes to heroines and villains. Anyway, moral breakdown aside...these two (and Adar, not gonna lie) were probably my favorite things about "Rings of Power." Show was hit or miss in places, but I still enjoyed the show and hope it gets a second season. As always, all info like series and song are at the very end of the video. Hope everyone enjoys! We really need an AU spin off with them together, that would be so epic!
i expect a short fortune of what itd look like, much like what galadriel showed frodo had sauron gotten the ring.

I love them. I have been a Tolkien fan for so long and I love the series. Halbrand captures the essence of Sauron in the Second Age: insanely handsome, beautiful, manipulative yet charming. That is why the elves fell from his charm to their doom, and in this case you see Galadriel struggling with her feelings and the intense atraction that pulls her heart into the center of Halbrand/Sauron darkness… but also Sauron feeling atracted to her light… It’s just beautiful…
There is a reason why he loves her light so much, it is because she is one of the last Elves in Middle Earth who felt the light of the two trees of Valinor. So her pure light is actually corrupting him just as much as his darkness is corrupting her.

I agree that Galadriel / Halbrand arc was the best part of the show! and Adar was something we've never seen in Tolkien universe, maybe outside bits of the dialog between the orcs themselves so it was pretty cool to be honest

I think Halbrand really loved Galadriel and she too reciprocated. But Galadriel alwyas remembered her elvish lineage

@@chiaraa4811 I respect your opinion, but I would not want to rewrite LOTR because that would lead to other stories being re written.
It is okay to speculate and make fan theory's, "like what if Galadriel and Sauron got together?" But rewriting stories is a slippery slope.
This is great edit! I feel you...I was so shocked ahah... and yeah I was kinda shiping them (I mean she is married and everything, and we know who she with in the LotR),but I was thinking yeah she can have someone in the meanwhile before she gets back with Celebron.
But this makes the show so much better lol. btw the still from 0:23 is just so great...can we make a what if show for middle earth different storylines? I would love to see that play out xD

Thanks for watching! I honestly forgot about Celeborn until she mentioned him. I really hope he pops up in the next season. Can't be dead! I'm not familiar with any of the material that the series is based off of so I don't know what's up with Celeborn which is fun. In the meantime, we can always have fun shipping Galadriel and Sauron. Or Galadriel/Elrond. Seriously, I'll ship her with any dude, haha!

I also don't know much of her and Celebron story tbh... but I do remember something about Elrond and Galadriel relation that would make them less shippable ahah...I can tell you if you want the "spoiller"

@@FairyKingdom86 in the canon Elrond marries Galadriel and Celebron's daugther. So no romance for them ahah. :(
Arwen is actually Galadriel's grandaughter... How the timeline works since apparently Galadriel and Elrond are close in age idk, but is probably just because all the Elves look young xD (Galadriel is probably older since she is already a Commander of the army and stuff)
